Elle and Sarah are self-proclaimed sentimental gals with a knack for old world charm, so they incorporated their personal styles in their wedding with tons of vintage pieces! The couple’s Vancouver wedding at The Permanent achieved this look with dozens of old books, copper coins, and pink quartz details in addition to the totally gorgeous floral design from Quince Fine FloralsSara Rogers Photography captured every moment of Elle and Sarah’s wedding beautifully, including their romantic first look in a forest.

The Couple:

Elle and Sarah

The Wedding:

The Permanent, Vancouver, Canada

The most important thing was creating a feeling of beauty, love and warmth. We wanted every detail to be personal and engaging. To reflect not only the old world romance that we feel – but also to reflect the love and support that we feel for those that showed up for us as a couple. It was imperative that everyone who showed up for us felt welcome and loved!

vintage-romance-inspired-vancouver-wedding-at-the-permanent-4

Our wedding styles were classic, comfortable and beautiful old world vintage! Elements of art deco but no specific era. Elle‘s Maggie Sottero capelet for her wedding dress made the whole look pop with this in mind. Sarah wore a custom made suit made by Blair Shapera – designed by her!

Our bridesmaids in dresses wore J. Crew and our bridesmaids in pants wore pants of their own and the shirts were by a local queer designer called Peau De Loup.

We are both old world romantics and have very quirky, warm and often sentimental personalities. We wanted the energy to reflect those things. A mix of copper pennies, rose quartz and vintage details helped to pull together our vision. Our colors were blush, burgundy, soft grey and gold. It was less about choosing a set of colours but more about choosing details and as they started to take form – the colours chose us!

Our advice: Hire professionals! Haha! Elle is very crafty (she did all the calligraphy herself!) but it was a lot to take on. At the very, very least – hire a day-of planner so that you don’t have to stress about details and can fully be present in your special day.

Elle is a yoga teacher and ceremony is important to both of us. One of her best friends and cohorts officiated (the non-legal portion) which felt so beautiful and personal. Our ceremony included our guests individually touching/blessing our wedding rings beforehand and a cleansing of the space with palo santo prior to our entering. We wrote our individual vows in addition to the crowd standing and accepting our union out loud.

We chose to have a raw rose quartz on each person’s setting. Rose quartz is a symbol of unconditional love. It carries an energy of compassion, healing, and comfort. As a gay couple, these qualities were important to us to share with those who support our union.

Chic Barn Wedding at Graciosa Byron Bay

December 29, 2016 | Junebug Weddings

chic-barn-wedding-at-graciosa-byron-bay-35

Between a natural ceremony arch made of bamboo, a stunning reception hall, and fab bridal style, we can’t get enough of Alyce and Mitch’s sophisticated Australian wedding! The couple selected Graciosa Byron Bay as their venue because its panoramic views of rolling green hills just past the ceremony space were too gorgeous to pass up. Alyce’s crisp white floral bouquet from Poppy & Fern and lace gown from Made With Love were truly the stars of the show – even after a very sandy beach newlywed session with Jimmy Raper Photography!

Alyce and Mitch

The most memorable part of our wedding would of course have to be the ceremony… being able to share & celebrate our love with our family & friends under the bamboo arch was pretty amazing! Also having our son walk down the aisle & be a part of our day was pretty special.

Jacqui, our wonderful celebrant, asked both Mitch & I to answer some questions about our relationship which meant she was able to share our personalized ‘love story’ with our family & friends – along with having some of our close friends read passages that we felt were relevant to us & our future.

I met Jimmy while he was shooting my best friend’s wedding & knew I wanted him to be our photographer. We were able to lock in our dates & he was fabulous, so easy going & he really needs no instruction or direction… he knows what he is doing & captured the day perfectly. He was easy, fun & relaxed & so enthusiastic which makes you enjoy it so much more!

We gave s’mores as our favors. We wanted these as it was in one of the cooler months on the year & we thought our guests would enjoy to toast them over a fire. Sadly we found it later we weren’t able to have an open fire on the property… but that just meant everyone was able to take their treats home!

3 Bold Bridesmaids Looks for Your Fashion Forward Wedding

October 11, 2016 | Junebug Weddings

bold-bridesmaids-looks

Bridesmaids dresses have a much bigger impact on your wedding style than you may have thought. A row of beautiful gowns can be used to carry out your wedding colors, but those gowns can also do much more. If you’re planning a fashion forward event, make a stylish statement with one of these bold bridesmaids looks!

All Black Everything

No matter the year, no matter the season, we have a special place in our hearts for bridesmaids in black. The stark contrast next to a bride’s white gown is unbelievably chic. To take your black bridesmaids gowns to the next level, choose dresses with a little variety, whether it’s a leather accent, a collared neckline, unique lace patterns, or with a dramatic back. If you want to really shake things up, get your girls fitted in their own black suit jackets and pants. It’s edgy-meets-sophisticated styling at its best!

Floral Prints

With a rise in popularity of botanical-inspired weddings, it’s no wonder we’re seeing more and more floral prints on bridesmaids. Depending on your print of choice, different florals can help determine the style of your day. Fit and flare dresses with mid-century inspired flowers are perfect for a colorfully retro wedding while flowing gowns with watercolor blooms have a bohemian affect. Select one print for each girl to wear, or different prints by the same designer or in the same color palette to have a cohesive look that’s still a little “off.”

Major Mixing and Matching

Mismatched bridesmaids dresses are nothing new, but bold choices make a big difference. Instead of dressing your bridesmaids in a variety of dresses in the same shade, get creative with a whole color story. Don’t be afraid to mix prints, textures, or even metals when selecting gowns. We love a gang of bridesmaids who are full of personality! To achieve the look, we recommend assigning each girl a style (i.e. floral, metallic, or mint lace) before you start shopping so that you know you’ll end up with a variety of looks that complement one another. We think this also works best when there’s one common thread, whether it’s “floral print” or “muted jewel tones” to keep the assortment looking cohesive.

Destination Bliss: This Virgin Islands Wedding Has Sand, Sea, and an Epic Sunset

April 6, 2016 | Junebug Weddings

Destination-Bliss-Virgin-Islands-Wedding-Shaun-Menary-Photography-20

Wanting to honor the natural beauty of their surroundings, Heather and Joel focused their U.S. Virgin Islands wedding on the sand, sea, and sense of community in having all their loved ones together for the big day. The bride and groom’s fathers co-officiated the waterfront ceremony, which helped to further personalize the destination wedding. Shaun Menary Photography captured the most romantic newlyweds portraits as Heather and Joel enjoyed their first blissful moments as husband and wife with an epic sunset in the backdrop.

The Couple:

Heather and Joel

The Wedding:

Cinnamon Bay Beach, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands

Destination-Bliss-Virgin-Islands-Wedding-Shaun-Menary-Photography-2

We just wanted laid back fun, what St. John is all about. We didn’t want to play up any gimmicks like beach theme with palm fronds and sand dollars. We wanted the natural beauty of the location to be the highlight of the wedding.

Destination-Bliss-Virgin-Islands-Wedding-Shaun-Menary-Photography-3

Destination-Bliss-Virgin-Islands-Wedding-Shaun-Menary-Photography-4

I was in the back area waiting to walk out after the rest of the rest of the wedding party had walked out and I saw my Dad standing there. He looked so handsome it made me cry. Then it was my turn to go through the trees and down the aisle. I walked up to my Dad and it was such a once in a lifetime moment that I can’t really describe. As the trees parted to the beach, I saw Joel for the first time and everything just felt to right. I looked around and saw all of the faces of the people we love most and there really isn’t anything like that feeling of love, happiness and support. I still smile every time I think about that moment.

Destination-Bliss-Virgin-Islands-Wedding-Shaun-Menary-Photography-7

Being a destination wedding, we didn’t want a stranger marrying us and we wanted to make it someone special so we had both of our Dads officiate the wedding. They are both so important in our lives so it made it so special for them to stand up there in such a big moment of our lives. We also kept it a secret until the ceremony so it was a sweet surprise for all that attended the wedding.

Destination-Bliss-Virgin-Islands-Wedding-Shaun-Menary-Photography-10

We got married on the beach so we wanted to keep the outfits light, easy and comfortable but still keep a little of the formality of the wedding. My dress was a light lace gown with an open back. I wore my hair down with big relaxed beachy waves and wore a long veil with the most beautiful lace trim, I loved my veil so much! Joel wore a nice tailored grey suit. The bridesmaids wore a mix of berry tone dresses so add a vibrant bit a color against the soft palette. The groomsmen wore grey pants, white shirts, and suspenders.

I am actually a wedding photographer as well, and the question I got asked most after our engagement was, “Who is going to photograph your wedding?” Obviously photography was very important to us! Shaun and Shannon with Shaun Menary Photography were the easiest choice we made when it came to wedding decisions –we actually booked them before we finalized the reception spot! I had known Shaun for years and always really admired his work and talent for storytelling through photos. Since we were doing a destination wedding, we wanted someone who was laid-back and could enjoy being part of our trip. It was fun getting to be on the other side of the camera and they both made it so easy for me to really enjoy the day!

Effortlessly Elegant Missouri Wedding at The Lalumondiere River Mill and Gardens

March 26, 2016 | editorial team

Effortlessly-Elegant-Missouri-Wedding-Lalumondiere-River Mill-Gardens-9

Laura and Christopher decided to have their wedding at The Lalumondiere River Mill and Gardens after searching for unconventional wedding locations in St. Louis, and the place looked like a fairy tale for their special day. Wanting something feminine that would blend in well with the outdoor surroundings, the couple settled on a color palette of ivory, light pinks, faint peach, and sage green. They customized every bit of their wedding, from having their twin boys walk Laura down the isle to having Laura’s father officiate the wedding. They even incorporated music from their favorite score composer, John Williams, into both the ceremony and the first dances at the reception.

I’ve always loved lace and hit the jackpot with my dress from BHLDN. All their dresses are so beautiful and dreamy, and mine was exactly what I was looking for. I went with gold vintage-inspired jewelry from J. Crew and Kate Spade.

My favorite parts of the day would have to be our twin boys walking me down the aisle to the Jurassic Park theme song, my dad performing the ceremony, my mom and best friends decorating, the BBQ and, of course, marrying my best friend.

Since we were both working full time and raising two boys, everything had to be simple, from finding a dress to booking a caterer. Once everything was booked, we focused on making the ceremony itself very personal and special.

I wanted something comfortable, simple and affordable for the bridesmaids, so we went with a forest green trapeze dress that can be worn again in the future. The groom and groomsmen all wore light grey suiting.

Bet You Can’t Stop Swooning Over the Menswear-Inspired Bridesmaids Style in This Georgia Wedding

March 10, 2016 | Junebug Weddings

Swoon-Worthy-Menswear-Inspired-Bridesmaids-Style-Georgia-Wedding-Mary-Claire-Photography-5

Seeing Alison and Carter’s non-traditional Georgia wedding changed our lives forever. Think that sounds dramatic? We’ll wait for you to pick your jaw up off the ground after seeing the bride’s extra-long lace train, the menswear-inspired bridesmaids style, and the cooler than cool venue. Think we’re overreacting about how cool this wedding is? Alison and Carter dropped their cake off the second story of Roswell Historic Cottage without even taking a bite, shrugged, and continued to dance the night away. Alison and Carter’s wedding, designed by The Eventor and captured by Mary Claire Photography, is proof that you need not sweat the small stuff and that your energy is best spent celebrating each other.

The Couple:

Alison and Carter

The Wedding:

Roswell Historic Cottage, Roswell, Georgia

We didn’t know a lot about the wedding process when we started planning, but we felt like this actually free’d us to be more creative. We never asked ourselves, “what should a wedding be like?”. We asked ourselves: What do we actually like? How do we give our friends an experience? How do we feel like ourselves on our wedding day?

I ordered a dress with the longest train in the store, because why not? I loved the delicate lace, and the sleeves were perfect for a January wedding. As for my bridesmaids, there’s an iconic picture of Emma Watson in a glorious pants suit, and after I saw it I couldn’t have chosen anything else. I loved the visual uniformity of the girls and boys in coordinating suits.

Most memorable part? Probably when we dropped our entire wedding cake off the second story balcony of our venue, in front of every guest, without taking a single bite, but we didn’t care. Because we’re married. Everyone cheered, and the party raged on.

Swoon-Worthy-Menswear-Inspired-Bridesmaids-Style-Georgia-Wedding-Mary-Claire-Photography-20

We chose our venue because it was modern, romantic, and mostly, because it was so beautiful by itself that it required next to no decorations. For us personally, we feel centerpieces and the like are frequently overlooked, so we wanted to put our money elsewhere.

Classic Outdoor Wedding at Rip Van Winkle Gardens

October 22, 2015 | Junebug Weddings

Classic-Outdoor-Wedding-at-Rip-Van-Winkle-Gardens-Erin-and-Geoffrey-546

Amanda and John Albert’s Rip Van Winkle Gardens wedding is proof that an outdoor wedding can be inexplicably elegant with the right styling. Thankfully, the couple enlisted Southern Fete to create a classic wedding look full of navy and cream details with natural elements and greenery sprinkled throughout. Erin & Geoffrey Photography captured the stunning scene, as well as the most dreamy portraits of the newlyweds basking in the golden glow of the Louisiana sunset.

The Couple:

Amanda and John Albert

The Wedding:

Rip Van Winkle Gardens, New Iberia, Louisiana

The Inspiration:

We both wanted an outdoor ceremony and reception. I knew I wanted to keep it simple and classic which is my style and I wanted to incorporate his love of the outdoors. We kept the color scheme simple with navy, green, white, and neutral browns with the wood centerpieces and deer antlers. I would described the wedding as elegant with rustic accents. We had some fun branding the wood centerpieces with a logo I had made. I loved the flowers! They added a whimsical and romantic feel to the night. As for the fashion, I just knew from the beginning that I wanted long sleeves with an open back for my wedding dress. The dress I ended up falling in love with had an illusion back with long lace sleeves. It was the one dress I kept comparing all the others to! I chose navy for the bridesmaids dresses because after looking for so long to me it was the color that looked the best on all skin tones and was so classic. I also knew I wanted the convertible dresses so that the girls could choose the style best for their body types and styles. The groom and groomsmen wore dark brown suits with navy ties, a white pocket square and cowboy boots.

The Moments:

I would say that walking down the aisle and seeing John Albert for the first time with tears in his eyes, which of course made me tear up, would be my favorite moment! We decided against a first look because we wanted that special moment with our raw emotions to be a surprise! My other favorite moment from the wedding is when John Albert split his pants from dancing so hard on the last song of the night with our beloved friends and family!

The Couple Recommends:

All of our vendors were outstanding! I would really recommend my great wedding planner, Southern Fete! They were very professional, kept me on schedule and budget and had great ideas for everything! There were so many compliments on the band I chose, Phat Hat Band!!! I’m also in awe every time I look at our wedding photos from Erin & Geoffrey Photography!

Italian Garden Wedding at Villa Zambonina

September 13, 2015 | Junebug Weddings

Italian-Garden-Wedding-at-Villa-Zambonina (21 of 30)

With a passion for travel, Robyn and Brendon decided that a destination wedding in Italy would be a beautiful centerpoint for their friends and family, from all around the world, to meet and join in a week-long wedding celebration. The breathtaking grounds of Villa Zambonina in Verona, Italy served as the perfect garden location for the enchanting ceremony. Fresh lemons and bright florals added a nice contrast to the dark stone architecture. Studio 22 Photography effortlessly captured the romantic moments at this sensational wedding.

The Couple:

Robyn and Brendon

The Wedding:

Villa Zambonina, Verona, Italy

The Inspiration:

I really wanted our Italian wedding day to suit the venue as well as feel fresh and infused with lots of personal details. Since Brendon and I live far away from many of the people we love, we wanted our wedding week to feel like a family reunion, a village wedding so to speak. We had 80 guests attending our destination wedding from every continent on earth, and over a dozen countries. Travelling is a huge part of our lives so we wanted little touches throughout the week to reflect the many places we love. As guests arrived in the courtyard to a welcome cocktail, they were asked to pin on the cork map where in the world they had travelled from and then head into the Italian garden for our outdoor ceremony.

My bouquet had one each of my favourite flowers. I asked my bridesmaids to choose the flowers they wanted for their own bouquet and with the help of my grandmother they were able to make them themselves. The groomsmen wore suspenders and khaki pants, and I designed each of their colourful bowties. Brendon designed his own suit and had it custom made. I purchased the basic version of my dress from a store in Vancouver but then ended up totally redesigning it myself. I wanted my dress to feel whimsical and romantic, but edgy and timeless as well. My veil was one of my favourite aspects of my look because it was hand sewn in Barcelona by a couple ladies who make the most breathtakingly beautiful veils. It truly felt like it had been sewn with love and it is a piece that can become a beautiful family heirloom. Brendon designed my wedding ring from start to end, and the bands were chosen to match it. He chose a wooden ring as something unique and meaningful to him. We both have our rings engraved with “EILVJ” which is Afrikaans for “ek is lief vir joy” or I love you.

For the wedding overall, I didn’t choose to just two colours. I used a medley of fresh, complimentary colours that were bright and cheerful, yet soft and elegant. I also love the idea of unexpected items in design, along with the use of mixed metals and multiple textures. We had wood on the tables and on the floor of the reception area, glass in the hanging chandeliers and candles everywhere, gold metal chargers under the white plates, and stone on the villas walls and around the pool area. I focused mostly on lighting, purchasing hundreds of twinkle lights that were sprinkled in the hedges and Italian garden, lanterns floating around the pool area, and candles in the pool during dinner and on the tables. The chandeliers emitted the perfect soft lighting as the sun set and after dark. The flowers we chose for the table almost had a dark velvet to them, contrastingly beautiful with the lemons. We chose to leave the roots exposed as an unexpected twist to the otherwise incredibly elegant table layout, embracing the raw beauty of the plant. I designed our stationary and wanted it to have once again an elegant, yet fun and down to earth feel. Since we hosted our guests for an entire week and not just the day, I created stationary outlining the week’s activities and included them in the welcome bags I put together for each guest.

I had spent way longer dreaming about how I wanted my wedding to feel rather than how it needed to look, and the energy throughout the entire evening felt like we were being wrapped in the coziest hug of love. Authentic love was the theme for the week and our village wedding day was no different.

The Moments:

I have so many favourite moments from the day, but if I had to pick just one it would be our ceremony. As the Soweto gospel choir sang the Lord’s prayer in Zulu, their voices created a warm atmosphere and a connection to our loved ones who were asked to offer their blessing for our marriage. I felt more loved in those moments than I have ever felt before. There are many occasions in life to have a wonderful party, but the ceremony was inclusive, sacred and personal. Brendon and I were playful and relaxed, we laughed throughout the ceremony, kissed a few times before we were able to, and each one of our guests played an important role in it because each one of them had played an important role in making us who we were as we stood across each other. Brendon’s favourite moment was kissing me on the balcony after our ceremony while all of our guests cheered for us below. It was one of our own Romeo and Juliet moments and the first things we did as husband and wife!

The Couple Recommends:

Megan Allen was the world’s best photographer! She really created this beautiful space where we felt like it was just the two of us, and in doing so she was able to capture our essence so perfectly in each moment. She quickly became friends with many of our guests who grew to adore her, and feeling comfortable around the camera she was able to capture each of their unique personalities. On the wedding day, amidst the chaos of everyone getting ready she was a calm presence, kept everyone on schedule and was an absolute angel. When she jumped in the pool with her camera and all of us at the end of the night we knew she would be irreplaceable and all of our engaged friends are already trying to book her for their weddings! I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism, her golden heart, her warm and loving personality and the undeniable talent she has as a photographer. I would recommend her to every single bride I know and can’t express our gratitude enough for how many incredible photographs she has given us as memories of our amazing day. We were contemplating not even having a photographer because of the expense, but it was the best money we spent on any part of our wedding day. Now we will have photographs to invoke memories not just for us but our children one day and all the people who unfortunately couldn’t join us in Italy. She did such a great job that everyone will feel as if they were there in person!

Circus Inspired Wedding at Red Rose Convention Centre

April 19, 2015 | Junebug Weddings

Circus-Inspired-Wedding-Red-Rose-Convention-Centre-Ruby-Refined-Events (22 of 26)

Sharla and Jide’s Toronto wedding included two highly different events that are tied together by their unique love. The day began with a traditional Hindu ceremony with a twist: the couple made variations on customary Indian wedding décor with personal touches that fulfilled their special vision. Ruby Refined Events helped create the next part of the day, a vintage circus themed reception at Red Rose Convention Centre focused on fashion, whimsy, and the couple’s mutual love for animals. Both bride and groom made a costume change for the second part of their celebration, revealing chic party looks that set the stage for a fun and relaxed night.

The Couple:

Sharla and Jide

The Wedding:

Red Rose Convention Centre, Toronto, Ontario

The Inspiration:

For the wedding we wanted something intimate, quaint, eclectic. It is difficult to change traditions with the pressure and expectations of family, but we managed to achieve our vision with the decor (my mom made all of the swags on the mandap, and handmade the floral Ganesh in the background with the help of my dad’s impeccable eye for symmetry), keeping our outfits regal sans anything glittery, we stuck with antique gold everything and added some funk to Jide‘s pants which my mom sewed. I added my history of classical Indian dancing by using chalangai (dancing ankle bells) in place of the traditional chain anklets. We also set up our ceremony theatre style to keep the ceremony intimate and focused, couples seem to be doing this more often now, but in the past, guests were usually seated around tables and socializing during the ceremony. Typical Hindu ceremonies are solemn, but Jide and I threw that out the window with tons of giggles and smiles throughout.

For the reception, a vintage circus was our theme to speak to our love for animals and lighthearted spirits, but we appreciate fashion, so we added a layer of complexity by using modern yet classic colours (black & white strips, with cherry red and glitter gold accents). We made our sense of style known with our outfits: I wore an understated vintage Valentino red gown, and Jide wore an electric blue double breasted suit, we both accessorized with vintage micro-mosaic jewelry. We wanted our bridal party to embody the theme as well, so my bridesmaids wore black satin box-pleated midi circle skirts, with their choice of textured black tops, and accessorized with pearls, frilled lace gloves, and various hairpieces. The groomsmen kept it classic with white shirts, their choice of suit, and a feather boutonniere to match Jide.

The Moments:

Seeing all of our ideas become a reality. Almost everything was DIY, so much time and thought was put into our decor to ensure we captured the theme we wanted, but we never envisioned that all of our ideas in isolation would become something so magical when combined. Our bridal party complemented us and the theme so well, and Sidra, our Wedding Coordinator, set up our venue a cut above our instructions. We could barely focus on our photo shoot because we were hypnotized by the site of our venue. It was truly an example of how decor, music, lighting, and a whole lot of organization can transform a typical venue into something extraordinary.

Sunset Beach Wedding in North Carolina

March 18, 2015 | Junebug Weddings

Sunset-Beach-Wedding-North-Carolina-Rob-Kristen-Photography (38 of 40)

Bohemian accents and sentimental touches were abundant at Katie and Jeffrey’s Sunset Beach wedding in North Carolina. The truly family-oriented celebration included a unique rock throwing ceremony where each guest tossed three stones into the sea: one for the bride and groom, one for self, and one for the world. The resulting images captured by Rob + Kristen Photography are absolutely moving, and something the couple will forever cherish. The laid-back affair continued with a colorful reception at The Isles Restaurant and Tiki Bar, where the newlyweds danced the night away.

The Couple:

Katie and Jeffrey

The Wedding:

Sunset Beach, North Carolina

The Inspiration:

Sunset Beach has been Katie‘s family vacation destination for decades. The beach theme was easy to play with. We wanted the decor colorful but simple, allowing the beauty of the natural surroundings to shine. We found a florist who worked with a local farm to provide vibrant native flowers in bloom at the time.

The bridesmaids wore dresses of their choosing in jewel tones. The groomsmen referenced the groom’s tan seersucker suit with khaki pants and white shirts. Custom monogrammed seersucker ties were color-matched to the bridesmaids’ dresses and also worn by the fathers of the the bride and groom. Everyone in the bridal party went barefoot and guests were encouraged to dress comfortably. The bride crafted a colorful flower wreath to be worn during post-ceremony festivities. Casual, comfortable and natural were the rules of the day.

The Moments:

Jeff: After missing boutonnieres were noticed, one of the ushers ran back to get them but moments later returned (without boutonnieres) shouting “SHE’S COMING!” announcing the bride’s entrance to the beach ceremony.

Katie: Spending some quiet moments with Jeffrey while being photographed before joining the reception party; a rock toss at the end of the beach ceremony. Our officiant encouraged all attendees to throw three stones/blessings into the ocean: One for bride and groom, one for self, and one for the world; entering the reception room while being “announced” to a room full of cheers and applause…leading right into the first dance “This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody)” by Talking Heads; and the dancing! The DJ completely catered to our every request, allowing us to create the entire night’s playlist.

The Couple Recommends:

Our wedding photographers, Rob and Kristen were professional and beyond talented. They instantly made us feel comfortable as we were nervously got ready on our wedding day. They provided direction and sage advice in an unassuming way, bringing calm to an otherwise crazy day.

David and Margo Sears, our officiants. This married duo really understands what is essential to making a wedding ceremony poignant and personal. Working together with their suggestions, we built our ceremony piece-by-piece from beginning to end. They helped us to choose meaningful words that gave structure to the ceremony and allowed us to remain true to ourselves.
