Modern Romantic Tennessee Wedding at Drakewood Farms

August 4, 2019 | Junebug Weddings

Modern romance looks good any time of year, and Amanda and Corey’s wedding at Drakewood Farm was as pretty as it gets for springtime! The all-inclusive resort provided nearly everything, from planning to floral design to catering, and the result was truly remarkable. The vibrant blooms and the vintage accents added elegance to the ballroom space, and the outdoor ceremony was as cozy as could be. They even added slightly rustic and boho touches throughout the decor, which added both dimension and whimsy to the overall look. We’re wholeheartedly in love with every image Cannon Weddings captured of this day, particularly the couple’s newlywed portraits at sunset!

This 5 Eleven Palafox Wedding Inspo Takes Modern Romance into 2019 with Woven Details and Unbelievable Floral Design

This 5 Eleven Palafox wedding inspiration shoot, designed by the brilliant mind of Kayla Nicole Photography, is perfect for couples who want to think outside the box for their wedding day! The ceremony setup, which was effortlessly converted into a photo booth, featured a gorgeous wooden arbor adorned with pretty blooms and a woven wall hanging made by MossHound Designs. The reception table combined asymmetry and boho flair in the most beautiful ways with off-center centerpieces, mismatched dinnerware, and layered linens. Even the bride’s look flirted the line between classic and non-traditional with an Essense of Australia ballgown and floral armpiece created by Vine + Petals in place of a bouquet. We’re head-over-heels for all the modern twists in this inspiration shoot — and officially need all the chocolate after seeing the dessert table!

This DIY Joshua Tree National Park Wedding Showed Off the Natural Beauty of Both the Desert and the Couple

August 3, 2019 | Junebug Weddings

The desert was calling Gabby and Harry, and so they had the most perfect Joshua Tree National Park wedding! The intimate celebration, which began with a ceremony at Indian Cove Amphitheater and ended with a chic dinner party style reception at Colony Palms Hotel, was filled with DIY goodness from top to bottom. The couple didn’t add too much to either space, allowing the natural beauty of the desert to be a star of the day, second only to the bride’s incredible Grace Loves Lace gown, crystal headpiece, and white tassel earrings. Alyssa Marie Evans Photography and second shooter Cori Taylor Photography did a phenomenal job capturing every angle of this one-of-a-kind desert celebration!
