How HipTrain Works
Once you’ve signed up for HipTrain they’ll ask for your availability and information to schedule your first session. You can choose to train with your personal trainer anywhere from one to seven days a week and you’re also able to set the length of session that works for you. Whether you’ve got thirty minutes or an hour you’ll be able to fit these flexible training sessions into your schedule.
After you’ve scheduled your session you’ll receive calendar invites through your email so you don’t forget about them, either!

HipTrain uses personal concierges to match you with the best trainer for you based on your preferences, styles of working out, goals, and workout times.
