Bright color palette, vintage decor, and a bold mustard suit—this retro micro wedding screams “welcome to the 1970s.” Madi Ellis Photography and her talented team wanted to create a laid-back, fun inspiration shoot that highlighted the era of groovy love and disco. Chic From Chicago was able to find vintage pieces to finish styling this shoot that included a retro telephone, records, vintage orange chairs, and speakers.
Let’s not forget the wedding day fashion, either. The bride wore a lace, long sleeve dress from Grace Loves Lace paired with a half-up hairdo and a brown suede jacket. And to match the color scheme, the groom rocked a mustard suit with a matching bow tie from The Black Tux. And to bring in even more 70s details, they each wore large, round sunglasses—tres chic!
