Countryside Chic Western Australia Farm Wedding

November 7, 2017 | Junebug Weddings

This Australia farm wedding is perfect in every way. Choosing to get married on their property, Sarah and Bradley let the colors of the farm influence their color palette and vibe of the day. Yellow, ivory, and pink blooms by Floraleese go perfectly with the bright yellow canola crop surrounding the farm. We love Sarah’s bohemian flowy Tuscany Bridal gown and how effortlessly it goes with the relaxed vibe of her and Bradley’s wedding day. Shannon Stent Images photographed the day and killed it with the bride and groom portraits while the sun was setting.

The Couple:

Sarah and Bradley

The Wedding:

Duart Pastoral Co, Australia

The best wedding advice is don’t leave anything until last minute. Get as many things organized and booked as soon as possible!

Working with our photographers was nothing less than amazing. Shannon and Jayde made everything so easy, and I still look at the photos and pinch myself – I can’t believe what they created. It felt truly effortless to us and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

The canola crop played a huge role in what colours we picked. We were lucky because we liked the native flowers and navy suits which I think went well with the yellow behind them during the ceremony.

We chose our home as I believe it suits who we are as people and we are extremely lucky to live in such a beautiful place that holds a sentimental value to us. Everyday when I drive down my driveway it reminds me of our wedding day and how lucky we are!

The most important thing for me when planning the wedding was the photographer. I have always held it in such a high regard as your photos are one of the biggest ways to remember the day by and to share with people for years to come. I remember Shannon was the first person I booked and we have been extremely happy and grateful with all of his work from the moment I contacted him right through to the final product!
