Terrified of stiff, ackward, corny photos we met Ana and knew it would all work out. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Daniela was our photographer for our wedding in Cabo. We live in Arizona and I always felt like I had good communication with Daniela and we let us do a session previous to our wedding which was very helpful. Daniela is excellent at guiding you through poses and helping you get the best photos possible. Once we got our photos back we had 100s of absolutely stunning photos that were worth every penny we spent. After connecting with several photographers, we immediately knew that we had found the perfect person to capture our special day when we started chatting with Fer. Throughout the planning process, the day of, and in the months to follow, Fer was accommodating, responsive, and professional. We worked with Pink Balance Photography (Pepe & Francisco) for our wedding, and they were one of the best decisions we made. From the start, communication was seamless. They were super responsive, easy to coordinate with, and everything was handled over text without any stress or back-and-forth. Going into a destination wedding, that level of reliability makes a huge difference. On the day itself, they were incredibly professional and efficient. They gave clear direction when needed but never made anything feel staged or forced. We let them have full artistic freedom, and they absolutely delivered. They captured the energy, emotion, and overall feeling of the day so well, not just the posed moments but all the in-between ones too. We also did a first look and pre-ceremony family photos, and they guided that perfectly so we could actually enjoy our cocktail hour instead of spending it taking pictures. The final gallery was amazing. We received around 800 photos within just 2 weeks, which honestly exceeded expectations for turnaround time. The editing style was completely consistent with their Instagram, so there were no surprises there. We’re still waiting on the video (expected in May), but based on the photos and overall experience, we have full confidence it’ll be great. Overall, they are 100% worth the price. If you’re considering them, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Desde el Getting Ready se encargaron de hacernos sentir cómodos con la cámara, incluso a mi mamá y mi suegra que son bastante tímidas. Son súper lindos y agradables. Tuvimos una sesión de pareja hermosa en la que pudieron capturar la emoción de nuestro First Look. Nos permitieron conservar en fotografías y videos recuerdos hermosos de nuestra boda, familia y amigos. Amamos el estilo de fotografía, la magia que hacen con los ángulos e iluminación. Se encargaron de capturar cada detalle que sabían que era importante para nosotros. Entregaron en tiempo y forma todo el material, lo difícil fue elegir entre tantas fotos hermosas nuestras favoritas. Los recomendamos completamente.

After initially chatting with Julien it became clear very quickly that we would be working with him as our wedding photographer. He didn't just take great photos, but captured moments and memories. For us this is what came through most in his work; emotion, heart and the natural moments one can't pose for. Julien loves what he does and that translated into an easeful process for us on what was an already busy day. He is a true artist and a great human all around. I'd highly recommend him.

From the Bride: We chose to work with Estella because, unlike all of the other wedding planners we met with in San Miguel, she did not just tell us what we wanted to hear. Instead, she was honest and told us when an idea we had would not be able to work and why. For example, our wedding was over Day of The Dead weekend and we had wanted to do a callejoneada (parade through the streets) with our guests the day before the wedding. While all the other planners had said that this would be no problem, Estella told us that actually that would not be possible because there are rules that those parades can’t happen in town that weekend. Her saying no and knowing this gained our trust. Our biggest piece of advice to you would be to trust Estella and her team!! Planning a destination wedding is not supposed to be easy, but we found that it was was with Estella. We went to SMA once for a planning trip, but otherwise did all of our communication and planning via regular WhatsApp messages. We only needed to meet virtually with the team once or twice in addition to the planning visit, as the majority of our communication happened “live” via WhatsApp. Our wedding not only exceeded our expectations, but it went off despite a few possible set backs. On wedding day we learned (well I had no knowledge of this…as it should be) that our amazing, but large, band needed an extra generator to function and Estella helped problem solve last minute to make it happen. Additionally, we had a religious ceremony and Estella helped make sure that all of the unnecessarily complicated paperwork and processes were done in order for us to get married in the church. She even drove to a neighboring town to personally pick up our catholic marriage preparation certificate. Estella’s passion is in the flowers, as she started as a florist. This passion was apparent, as my bouquet was a work of art and all of the flower decorations were better than the Pinterest inspiration boards I provided. Her catering company was incredible and the late night tacos/elotes vendor suggested was also a hit. We are still on cloud nine from our wedding and our guests keep telling us how fun and special it was. We are glad this wasn’t just in our heads because everyone should think their wedding was extra special, right? It was not just us. Our guests have been adamant about what an exceptional and truly magical weekend it was. This was all thanks to trusting Estella and her team with our celebration, a celebration that we are excited to relive through the many videos and photos that capture the joy, love, and passion that went in to planning our day. Nos reunimos con mas de 5 planners y decidirnos por Estela y el equipo de Bougainvillea fue la decision mas sencilla que tomamos. Estela y su equipo tienen un excelente estilo de comunicación con sus clientes. El equipo se enfoca en mantener una comunicación constante via WhatsApp y cuando se tiene que tomar una decision o necesitan darnos actualizaciones mas detallada se agenda una llamada telefónica. Nuestros horarios de trabajo son muy pesados y nunca durante el proceso de la planeación de nuestra boda nos sentimos abrumados o agobiados. Todo lo contrario, la planeación de nuestra boda fue algo que disfrutamos increíblemente, y eso se lo debemos a Estela y el equipo de Bougainvillea. Estela esta muy bien conectada con vendedores, restaurantes, y proveedores en San Miguel de Allende. Sus recomendaciones fueron excelentes y todos sus proveedores fueron de excelente calidad. Nuestra boda coincidió con los festejos del Día de Muertos en San Miguel y gracias a Estela y a su equipo pudimos conseguir todos los venues y proveedores que estábamos buscando. Estela hizo muchísimo mas de lo que esperábamos. Nos consiguió reservaciones para mas de 10 personas en un lugar muy exclusivo de San Miguel, nos proporciono contactos de un excelente servicio de transporte que nos apoyo todo el tiempo que estuvimos en San Miguel, y manejo a Celaya GTO para recibir nuestros certificados de preparación de matrimonio para nuestra ceremonia religiosa. El día de la boda, Estela y su equipo nos transmitieron una calma inmensa, cuando los nervios estaban de punta con situaciones que se van presentando, Estela y su equipo jamas perdieron la calma. Verla tan estoica, profesional, y serena nos brindo la calma que toda pareja necesita el día de su boda y la certeza que todo iba a salir bien. Y ASI FUE! Desde que nos despertamos para prepararnos, la ceremonia religiosa, y la fiesta, todo salió como nos lo imaginamos, fue la noche perfecta. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Michelle and Aleza at My Perfect Wedding. We decided to get married in Mexico on six months notice, and we were stressed about the timeline. From our first call, Michelle and Aleza were incredibly personable and exuded the calm we needed. Even though we were in a crunch, we wanted to take our time choosing the right venue. Michelle and Aleza bought all the extra time they could get, encouraged us to trust our gut, and never made us feel rushed. They genuinely listened to our ideas and worked to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with all the details, from our pepper centerpieces to the mariachi band we had at cocktail hour. Additionally, as locals to Playa del Carmen, they know the Cancun and Riviera Maya region inside and out, so they have access to the best and most reliable vendors. In the end, we had three nights of events across two hotels. All the logistics went off without a hitch. I'd highly recommend using My Perfect Wedding. They'll make any Mexico wedding a dream-come-true!

Leslie and her staff planned us the most amazing 3 day event! They put together fabulous decor and were there the entire time making sure things ran smoothly. I was honestly stunned with how wonderful everything turned out, and our guests can't stop raving about the event. I will say leading up to the event, I was a bit nervous as I felt like there were so many things incomplete, and she was juggling many events, but Leslie has been doing this for so long time, so I should have trusted her that everything was fine. It turned out wonderfully! I will also say, we spent a bit more for her services than some of my other friends have for event planners in other countries, but she earned every penny. Her and her team do way more than the average wedding planner. She has her ear to the ground in the area and can mitigate many impending issues that you wouldn't know about otherwise. She also coordinates so much between vendors and transport and everything else. I absolutely can not imagine having to plan a major event in PV without their help!

We hosted our wedding at Rancho Poco a Poco in February and WOW! From start to finish this whole experience was incredible. Roy and Caleb were in constant communication helping us with guest questions, golf cart rentals, vendor suggestions and on and on. Roy’s bar program is truly some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had… our guests are still talking about them! Then there’s the landscaping and architecture—the care and attention the owners put into every corner, every detail… looking at our pictures we’re blown away by the variety of background scenes and how stunning it all is with minimal decoration on our part! 22 of us stayed on site over 5 days surrounding the wedding, and everyone felt they had plenty of space/privacy, and enjoyed the quiet, relaxing nature of the property. The beds are comfy, each room is unique, and the pool is an absolute delight. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! This was the stunning and FUN Mexican wedding we had dreamed of, at an affordable price!

During the beginning of our wedding planning, we planned to not have any videographer, but we reconsidered and researched. We contacted NOL and had an intro call with Ramiro. Absolutely phenomenal! We hired Alejandro for our destination wedding in Cancun and he exceeded every expectation. From the first call, communication was clear and reassuring, which calmed a lot of our “planning-from-afar” stress. On the day, the team was punctual, professional, and so easy to be around—somehow everywhere without ever being in the way. They captured all the big moments (our vows, first look, and first dance) and the in-between magic we didn’t know we’d want forever. The audio was crystal-clear, and the drone shots are breathtaking. Our teaser film had us both crying and reliving the day within minutes, and the full video is beautifully edited with perfect pacing, color, and music.
