Mel, Fred, and their entire team were hands down one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding weekend in Riviera Maya. From the moment they arrived, they brought such an incredible energy that made everyone feel comfortable, excited, and truly present. My guests and bridal party still talk about them to this day and how amazing they were throughout the entire weekend of festivities. They didn’t just show up and do their job, they became part of the experience in the best possible way. And now… after receiving our photos, I am honestly speechless. I have been crying all day going through them. They captured everything so beautifully, so candidly, and in such an artistic way that it truly does the entire weekend justice. Every single moment, big and small, feels alive again through their work. The emotions, the details, the energy… it’s all there. If you are even considering booking them, do it. They are worth every single penny and more. It would genuinely be a mistake not to have them capture your wedding. I cannot recommend Mel and Fred enough.

From the start of our wedding planning journey, Marcela and her team were an absolute dream to work with. They were one of the most communicative and reliable vendors we had throughout our wedding planning process. We met with them multiple times leading up to the big day to go over the vision, the schedule, and all the details!!!! On the wedding day itself, as soon as Marcela and her team arrived, they immediately took charge in the most seamless and calming way. It was like they intuitively knew what needed to happen and when. They made sure every single moment was captured with care and precision. What really stood out was their attention to detail and dedication to our vision. They took the time to study my mood board, and it showed!!! Every shot I had hoped for was thoughtfully captured—and then some. Their creativity, professionalism, made the day so easy. The final photos? Breathtaking. The entire album looks like it belongs in a high-end wedding magazine. It is timeless, elegant, and full of emotion. Marcela is truly a master of her craft, and I can confidently say she is one of the best wedding photographers in Mexico. If you're looking for a photographer who genuinely gets it, who blends artistry with professionalism, and who will go above and beyond to capture your day beautifully Marcela and her team are it.  

We had an amazing experience with the folks at Take it Photo. They were so kind, so flexible, and so much fun!! They never pressured us to be out of our comfort zone and captured shots so beautifully! We would highly recommend them. Their Instagram esthetic is to die for and was the main reason we decided to go with them for our wedding! Unfortunately, Lupe was unavailable for our wedding as they had another wedding at the same time. However, she literally made it a point to still come to our resort after the wedding to simply MEET us in person and congratulate us. It meant so much that she took the time to meet us even though she was not able to photograph our wedding It just shows how much they cared for every single one of their clients. During our events, they did their best to "blend in" and capture amazing shots of us and our guests without any issue. I would hire them again if I could!!

Karla and her team were such a joy to work with. She understood what was important to my husband and me and captured our welcome party and wedding day wonderfully. She has such an eye for movement and captures unbelievable moments. If you are thinking about hiring Kape, do it!

Terrified of stiff, ackward, corny photos we met Ana and knew it would all work out. She lights up the room: her incredible energy and ligeartedness are contagious and she takes you from nervously posing to enjoying a shoot in a second. As corny as it may sound, Ana captures magic, she makes thousands of memories of the 687 emotions you are too overwhelmed to understand you are going through in a wedding day. Looking through our photos we couldn't believe how she had put on a screen exactly how we felt, the mood of the wedding, and just opening our gallery took us right back. Ana brought tears to our eyes and the most overwhelming joy. Ana came into our lives to stay; we will never trust anyone else to treasure our most important moments and after such an adventure together, we are privileged to call her a friend.

Daniela is an absolute gem of a photographer! From start to finish, she captured every beautiful moment of our wedding with such artistry and care. Not only is she incredibly talented behind the lens, but she was also so accommodating and gracious—especially when we had to pivot due to an unexpected accident with my fiancé. Her calm, kind presence was exactly what we needed during a stressful time, and she handled everything with such professionalism and love. Daniela has a gift for storytelling and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. She came prepared with creative ideas, always brought positive energy, and made everything feel effortless. We feel so lucky to have worked with her and will cherish the memories she captured for us! Photography is not just a job for her, it is a passion! She is beyond talented in what she does!

We got in touch with Efege a year before our wedding. We fell in love with their creativity in their work, which truly captures the emotions of the day, and timeless style. Our wedding was across the Atlantic, in France and the Efege team were fantastic at communicating throughout the year and understanding what was important to us on the day, right down to understanding the ceremony, blend of family (French & Indian) and what was important to us. We spoke over a two hour call with Juan, Jose & Leonor before they flew over and on reflection this was a key part of understanding us and a real dedication to capturing our wedding perfectly. We were so lucky to have them with us, not just because they went above and beyond in every possible way, but because they felt like family; so keen to share this moment with us, bringing the joy and energy on the day, for which we are SO grateful. We received our preview of pictures from our wedding and they were better than what we hoped for! We can’t wait for the rest. Alex is an absolute dream to work with! He is a fantastic communicator and incredibly organized throughout the entire process - planning the shoots, during the wedding, and following up with photo delivery. I had my hands full with a newborn during this process and he was so helpful in following up with me about deadlines and decision making :) Alex is friendly and fun to work with; he integrates himself into the wedding party seamlessly, making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Our wedding guests are still talking about how great he was!! Our photos are every bride's dream - natural, intimate, and a perfect reflection of our destination wedding. I 10/10 recommend Alex and feel so lucky to have found him!

We felt really happy after hiring Gaby. The whole process was amazing. Since the first mail she was there for us, helping us through all the process. We usually feel weird in pictures--but this time we had lots of fun and Gaby even made us feel very confident! She delivered the pictures in the right time and the album was amazing!

The most amazing people to work with. The moment we decided on a destination wedding, we immediately booked with Lite Weddings 2 years in advance. Their editing style is timeless and elegant. Alan captured the vibe and energy of our wedding perfectly. Every time I look at our pictures, it’s like reliving the day all over again. We can’t wait to show our future children and grandchildren.

In planning our last minute elopement in San Miguel ,we came across Fer’s portfolio. After seeing the creativeness and attention to detail in his photos we knew instantly the he was going to be our photographer. Fer was very responsive and made the booking process very easy. Our ceremony was planned early in the morning on Dia De Los Muertos so that we could celebrate the whole day together as a married couple. Fer arrived very promptly and was ready to go from the jump. Being that we wanted a very stress free wedding we left it Fer to use his creativity to document this special day. Being a non traditional ceremony (it was just me and my wife) Fer helped us orchestrate the perfect spot on the rooftop of our Airbnb overlooking the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel church. After the ceremony we took to the beautiful calles of San Miguel. Fer made it fun and enjoyable as we strolled through the town taking photos of all the beautiful locations San Miguel has to offer (especially during muertos) It felt Like a family member showing us the town for the first time. We wrapped up with with early afternoon coffee where Fer captured the perfect photo that perfectly encapsulates our relationship. All of our photos came out beautiful and I would highly recommend Fer for all your photography needs.

Choosing Elegance Photography for our destination wedding was hands down one of the best decisions my husband and I made. From the very first conversation all the way through to receiving our sneak peek photos, the entire process was seamless. They made everything - from the contract to the logistics of getting to our resort - completely stress-free and hit every deadline they promised. Our photographer, Clem, was absolutely incredible. I hadn’t given much thought to specific photo setups, but he was so good at facilitating and directing everyone in a natural, relaxed way. He made sure we had a wide variety of shots, and he truly listened when I said I loved more candid moments - and he captured everything so beautifully. My wife and I had an outfit change planned and I had forgotten my jacket. The Bougainvillea team immediately sent someone to retrieve it. We were assured the entire celebration would proceed smoothly, allowing us to relax and be present in our celebration. In summary, Estela and her team were there for everything we expected and even more that couldn’t have anticipated. Estela gave us the opportunity to enjoy our day and we are so grateful for that. We would recommend Bougainvillea with the highest enthusiasm.

Isa, Naaxh, and the rest of their team made our wedding day exceed expectations. They were present and supportive during the planning and vendor selection process, often facilitating contracts and ensuring we received what we wanted within our price range. The vendors they recommended were outstanding! Our wedding day was beautiful, organized, and smooth. We wouldn't have been able to have enjoyed such a wonderful day had it not been for this team! Friends and family continue to tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to. 10/10 recommend!!

After interviewing 5 different wedding planners in the Yucatán, we chose YucatánLove, and it was the best decision ever made for our 100-person destination wedding! YucatánLove is an expert in the wedding planning business with multiple planners and social media, finance, design, and travel concierge teams that make the destination wedding planning process seamless. Since my husband and I are based in NYC and had a destination wedding in Mérida, all of our meetings were virtual. Our primary planners were Laura and Ahimsa, and they went above and beyond to make our wedding day magical. All of our documents were efficiently organized via Google Drive, and the team was readily available and responsive on WhatsApp. The team was also very attentive to our wedding style, and they always found a way to make the impossible possible. Every planned design, layout, and schedule envisioned prior to the wedding day was executed EXACTLY as discussed on the actual wedding day. YucatánLove also has an extensive list of trusted and high quality vendors they work with. Our wedding guests told us they had the best cocktail food/drinks and 3-course wedding meal ever, thanks to the vendors that YucatánLove suggested. Some guests even shared that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We couldn’t have done it all with the whole YucatánLove team!

Gaby took on a big undertaking by agreeing to be our wedding planner all the way from Australia. We had been to San Miguel de Allende once before but were not able to go back until a few days before the wedding. We put a lot of trust in Gaby. In the end we were not disappointed! She did deliver. We were the worst couple with a 14hr time difference, shift work and poor communication. Despite making plans months before the wedding, we finally saw in pictures how our wedding would look. 1 or 2weeks prior - We changed everything - we added a tent, we quadrupled the flowers, changed the furniture, changed the order. I thought Gaby would cancel our contract - but no. She delivered. She met us as soon as we arrived, showed us the venue and helped us to buy the alcohol. Despite perfect weather all week, it poured on our wedding so the tent was perfect. The flowers, the set-up, lightening, the mariachi band. It was spectacular. Someone who can pull this level of a wedding off at the last minute is super organised, connected and passionate about her job. Sorry Gaby for all the stress we caused - thank you for giving us the wedding which was even better than we had imagined. It was perfect. :)

I can confidently say, I had ZERO problem letting go on the day of the wedding because I had full trust that Sophie, Jorge, and the full team in charge was in complete control (and had an even higher bar for perfection than I did!) My maid of honors even said they were amazed at how relaxed I was on my wedding day! Icing on the cake, our guests couldn’t stop and have not stopped raving about the “wedding of the century”. I am so proud of hosting such a warm and beautiful event and beyond grateful for this team for making that happen for us. Michael and his team were exceptional from start to finish. When I had a last-minute change in wedding locations, I suddenly had to pull everything together in just three months. Bespoke is an event agency specialized in creating truly memorable experiences. Every event with them is pure magic. I would get married all over again just to experience a production created by Joshua Vital. I loved being part of this process. San Miguel de Allende is a dream come true, and the attention from Bespoke Weddings, their care for every detail, and the incredibly complete and specialized team they have made the whole experience feel like a dream come true.

Leslie and her staff planned us the most amazing 3 day event! They put together fabulous decor and were there the entire time making sure things ran smoothly. I was honestly stunned with how wonderful everything turned out, and our guests can't stop raving about the event. I will say leading up to the event, I was a bit nervous as I felt like there were so many things incomplete, and she was juggling many events, but Leslie has been doing this for so long time, so I should have trusted her that everything was fine. It turned out wonderfully! I will also say, we spent a bit more for her services than some of my other friends have for event planners in other countries, but she earned every penny. Her and her team do way more than the average wedding planner. She has her ear to the ground in the area and can mitigate many impending issues that you wouldn't know about otherwise. We hosted our wedding at Rancho Poco a Poco in February and WOW! From start to finish this whole experience was incredible. Roy and Caleb were in constant communication helping us with guest questions, golf cart rentals, vendor suggestions and on and on. Roy’s bar program is truly some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had… our guests are still talking about them! Then there’s the landscaping and architecture—the care and attention the owners put into every corner, every detail… looking at our pictures we’re blown away by the variety of background scenes and how stunning it all is with minimal decoration on our part! 22 of us stayed on site over 5 days surrounding the wedding, and everyone felt they had plenty of space/privacy, and enjoyed the quiet, relaxing nature of the property. The beds are comfy, each room is unique, and the pool is an absolute delight. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! This was the stunning and FUN Mexican wedding we had dreamed of, at an affordable price!
