Rustic Industrial Wedding at The Commons Calgary

March 4, 2018 | Junebug Weddings

The industrial and rustic style combo is one of our favorites, and Chrissy and Trevor’s wedding at The Commons Calgary is proof why! Using lots of natural greenery, white roses, and dark wood decor pieces, they added warmth to the sparse space and softened the look of the brick, metal, and exposed pipes. We especially love the sweet and simple personal details the incorporated into their reception, such as the polaroid guest book, the small jars of honey favors, and the dessert pie pops. Wolf N Fox Photography had a lot to work with in this lovely Alberta wedding and captured it all beautifully!

Free-Spirited Green and Gold German Wedding at Kommandeursburg

March 3, 2018 | Junebug Weddings

Mirijam and Peter’s wedding at Kommandeursburg was a bohemian dream come true! Shabby Chic Events helped them create a relaxed and elegant vibe throughout the entire day that fit beautifully with the natural look and old-world feel of the venue. Their greenery-forward decor featured eucalyptus and succulents everywhere, from the gorgeous circle ceremony backdrop to the reception table runners, that were accented with pops of peach and pink florals and finished with vintage gold details. The bride truly embraced the bohemian feel in a lovely Grace Loves Lace, romantic curls, and simple half floral crown. Photographer Vicky Baumann did an incredible job capturing the truly joyful feel of this beautiful German wedding!

The Couple:

Mirijam and Peter

The Wedding:

Kommandeursburg, Kerpen, Germany

I always had a vision of my wedding dress in my mind, so after I got engaged I started to look for the right dress. When I saw the beautiful Alexandra gown on the Grace Loves Lace Instagram feed, I knew it was the one I was always looking for! Because I wanted the dress to be on the main focus, I kept the rest pretty simple.

The main color theme was green and gold with the green mainly coming from eucalyptus and succulents. We chose those colors because it suited the location and the whole boho vibe we wanted to create pretty well. I also added some peach and light pink tones in the flowers because they are my favorite colors.

Minimalist Glam Prospect House Wedding in Central Texas

March 3, 2018 | Junebug Weddings

The minimalist wedding trend is stronger than ever, so we love when couples add a unique perspective like the glam vibes in this Prospect House wedding. Margaret and Shane struck the perfect balance between modern minimalism and country chic in their decor by using a combination of short and tall floral centerpieces, gold geometric table accents, and linen table runners. Their wedding looks were also the perfect marriage of styles with Margaret rocking a glam crystal-studded gown and bold makeup and Shane sporting a tailored suit and bolo tie. Stephanie Rogers Photography could not have been a more perfect choice to capture all the beautiful details and moments in this wedding, particularly the post-ceremony photos amid the wildflowers.
