Mariana and Alessandro’s gorgeous engagement session at The Argyle began with playful and flirty posing and became more passionate and tender as the shoot progressed. Joseph West Photography beautifully captured the various facets of Mariana and Alessandro’s relationship through their romantic San Antonio engagement.
Glamorous doesn’t begin to describe the utterly gorgeous display of Kendall and Sébastien’s Philadelphia wedding at Front and Palmer. Bride Kendall wore a backless Katie May gown and carried a bouquet of bold pink and purple florals including protea and dahlias arranged by Q/A Designs. The groom, French footballer and Philadelphia Union player Sébastien, was rightfully in awe of his bride’s beauty during their first look outside the venue. Lauren Fair Photography captured the precious moments shared between Kendall and Sébastien on their wedding day, as well as the stunning details throughout the ceremony and reception.
An intimate wedding with only the most important people in our lives. We wanted a stylish, romantic setting with soft lighting a punches of black and white. I wanted the room to be very simple and clean and bringing in the farmhouse tables and ghost chairs really completed that vision. We have a laid back style at home but thought it would be fun to glam it up a bit. For the fashion style, we wanted a modern glam look. The bridesmaids all picked out their own gowns and accessories based on their personalities and the boys all came in their own suits, all in tones of blue, it worked out well! I gifted the girls different furs to keep them warm on the day of the wedding — January & 10 degrees in Philadelphia! We had been in many weddings before where everyone matches, and is required to wear the same dress, shoe, hair, etc. Our friends have such great natural style that we set a couple guidelines and let them run with it!
The Moments:
When we finally said I do and were able to let go and enjoy the day with our friends and family that had traveled so far! Our families had never met, so it was great to see them come together and really enjoy themselves!
Arielle and Robert’s elegant wedding at The Woman’s Club of Evanston achieved a sense of timelessness with minimal, simple décor choices, classic black and white attire, and an utterly romantic setting. The intimate ceremony at Bahai Temple made way for irresistibly tender moments, followed by an enchanting stroll by the water with photographer Aneta Wisniewska who captured it all.
We wanted this day to be simple, timeless and honest. We didn’t want anything too glamorous. We wanted a close knit group of people to grow closer together, listen to great music, eat great food and just have a good time.
The Moments:
My favorite moment about the wedding was spending it with my 2 sisters and mother the night and morning before the big moment. I was the last one to get married, they knew how to make everything perfect. Sharing stories, laughing, helping me with every detail, it was perfect. It was so wonderful to have that special time with them, I’ll never forget it.
Congrats to Arielle and Robert and a big thanks to Aneta Wisniekska for sharing this elegant wedding with Junebug! For more black and white wedding inspiration, check out Jessica and Shanon’s classy rooftop Jewish wedding in NYC.
