Inspired by the Pantone Color of the Year and their trendy East Los Angeles surroundings, we love how A Stylish Soiree put together this creative wedding inspiration shoot! Blush details like the retro high-low Caroline Flach bridal gown and whimsical glam table décor lend effortlessly soft vibes to this session. Hom Photography brilliantly captured the magical setting of Echo Park Lake, including a perfectly lit golden hour!
Thousands of gold sequins, a rich, warm color palette, and an idyllic Georgia venue set this couple’s event apart from a typical garden party wedding! Since Joshua is a marine, Alexandra made sure to do justice to their dream glamorous garden party wedding at The Venue at Tryphena’s Garden. From the outdoor floating chandeliers to the mind-blowing floral designs, we absolutely love how the couple’s glam theme came through in their décor! Photographer Amber Phinisee captured every moment of Alexandra and Joshua’s special day, including a Hawaiian shaved ice truck that was all the rage with their guests.
Being that Joshua is a marine and couldn’t be here for the planning, we wanted to make sure we both had the wedding that we had always dreamed of. From choosing the perfect setting to all the amazing vendors, it was our dream wedding. We wanted a southern glam garden party wedding and that’s what we received!!
Seeing his face when I walked down the aisle was my most memorable moment. It’s what every girl dreams of!!
Our wedding colors were a palette of peach, blush, burgundy, purple, and gold. I wanted a rich palette to look classy and for the colors to pop on the gold sequin dresses!
Our advice: Choose vendors that work well together and will help you make sure the wedding is flawless.
We had a ton of food but the Hawaiian shaved ice food truck was a hit! It was a 100 degree day so the guest loved this!!
Congratulations to Alexandra and Joshua, and a huge thanks to Amber Phinisee for sharing their wedding with us. Can’t get enough glamorous wedding inspiration? Then you’ve got to see this utterly glam French garden wedding!
The word “moody” has become ubiquitous in the wedding industry this year as the trends have moved from vibrant color palettes with everything in its place to darker tones and an affinity for the imperfect. Above all the other wedding decor, moody bouquets are often the statement piece that sets the mood, if you will, for the rest of the wedding. Brides are loving the wild, organic bouquets dripping with greenery and punctuated with dark jewel tones, so we rounded up a few of our favorite moody bouquets to get the inspiration flowing!
