Brianna and Seth’s venue shopping consisted of the outdoors, hiking, and dreaming of making memories in the mountains for their New Hampshire elopement. When it came time for their big day, the couple hiked to the perfect spot in the White Mountains with Shelby Rose Photography and every photo is absolute perfection. We went venue shopping like every couple does, however, our venue shopping consisted of the outdoors, hiking, and a fun day at the mountains. We searched places in the White Mountains of New Hampshire until we found the beautiful Cathedral Ledge and Diana’s Bath’s. We knew we wanted both locations because they had such different looks and beauty. Because they are so close in distance it was easy to make this wish happen. One of the best things was the cost of our venue. Having our ceremony at Cathedral Ledge only cost us $100!

The most important thing when planning our wedding was making sure the day was about us and our love for each other. We knew that having written personalized vows was something we wanted. We also knew we wanted to be outdoors.

We exchanged gifts while relaxing at our lounge at Diana’s Bath’s. We were sitting on rocks amongst water. Seth‘s gifts were a UNH t-shit to represent where we first met, a post card of Pawtuckaway State Park to represent where he first fell in love with me and one of our engagement pictures, representing our future. I provide Seth with a das boot because the day we met we drank from one, we then shared our first married drink together, a DVD of the movie Role Models which was our first date, and guitar picks with a picture of us on them to represent the future. All the gifts were very special and filled our hearts with love and past memories.

There were two very memorable parts of the day. The first was reading and listening to the vows we wrote each other. We did this at sunrise on top of Cathedral Ledge looking at a beautiful mountain view. The second was listening to the song that Seth wrote for me while hearing the waterfall in the background at Diana’s Bath’s. This was so peaceful and serene.
