Canlis Restaurant is legendary in Seattle, and has a reputation for excellence the world over. It is still run by the warm and welcoming Canlis family after nearly 60 years, and is an absolute treat to experience! I’ve been lucky enough to attend a few events at Canlis (including photographing a chic wedding in their Penthouse– fab!) and have loved every minute of my time there.
