Yogi and Steve’s Riverhouse wedding balanced a traditional Hindu ceremony with their quirky personalities, making for a day filled with faith, laughter, and love. The couple was inspired by the colors of the sea when designing their blue and gold wedding, which was perfect for a waterfront Florida affair. Villetto Photography beautifully and artistically captured the essence of the day and of Yogi and Steve’s love in every colorful detail.
The Couple:
Yogi and Steve
The Wedding:
Riverhouse, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
The Inspiration:
We wanted a mix of traditional and non-traditional. For us, simple and streamlined is best. We also love the colors of the sea.
The Moments:
Steve: The moment I dropped the veil (the one that was held up so I couldn’t see Yogi until she was at my side) and saw her for the first time on our wedding day.
Yogi: The time after the official ceremony, when guests were having cocktails, where Steve and I were outside, on our own, taking pictures with the Villettos. It was our time to sigh a big sigh of relief that the official business was over, and time to get ready for reception fun. It was also nice to just have the time away from the crowd, walking, holding each other, and celebrating that we were officially married.
The Couple Recommends:
Alisha Ladha made it all so personal and truly was interested in my story and how I was feeling with everything.
The Villettos were so fun, genuine, and unobtrusive and captured all the details so beautifully. They definitely have found clients for life.
We got so many compliments on the venue, the service, and the food. Riverhouse was very accommodating of our special requests and were easy to work with from our first site visit.
