Rustic Italian Destination Wedding

stunning couple's portrait with golden light

Shanna and Daniel’s rustic Italian destination wedding captured the oh-so-romantic atmosphere of Italy flawlessly. We can’t get enough of the stunning couple’s portraits over the lush, rolling landscape of Italy, as well as the adorable light blue vintage car used for transportation to the reception. Jules Bower‘s artistic eye turned the gorgeous day into a collection of magical photographs to forever cherish.

The Couple: Shanna-Marie and Daniel

The Wedding: Santi Leonardo e Cristoforo, Terre Di Nano, Pienza, Italy

The Inspiration: As our wedding was in Italy our wedding theme was ‘rustic romance’. The main colours were blush pink, sage green and soft ivory. We didn’t want anything to be too perfect or manicured. We wanted the flowers to look free, natural and blooming and the peonies and roses we chose worked perfectly for this. We had wooden tables with lace runners and lots of candles and mismatched silver vases. We had beautiful twinkling lights in the trees which were magical in the evening. We wanted the whole thing to feel like an intimate family meal under the stars.

Not only does he produce outstanding photographs but he is professional, friendly and very easy to work with. We are absolutely delighted with our wedding photos and are so happy we found him. All our friends have said the pictures really do show how magical the day was and how all the special moments were captured perfectly.
