Classic Texas Wedding at Hoffman Haus

Classic-Texas-Wedding-at-Hoffman-Haus (10 of 40)

Choosing to host your wedding in the small quaint town of Fredericksburg, Texas allows any couple to have an intimate, sweet get-a-way on their big day. High school sweethearts Chad and Nicole decided light ivory gowns and dark maroon florals set the tone for their romantic small town wedding at the Hoffman Haus. As if Fredericksburg was made for them two, Chad and Nicole weren’t afraid to explore the surrounding areas in the hopes of capturing romantic moments with amazing photographer Amber Vickery. And, my oh my they did!

The Couple:

Chad and Nicole

The Wedding:

Hoffman Haus, Fredericksburg, Texas

The Inspiration:

Here’s a little insight about the day from Chad and Nicole’s wedding photographer Amber Vickery:

It was pretty incredible photographing the wedding of these two long time loves.  Nicole and Chad met in high school, fell for each other, and went off to separate colleges. They had a long distance love for many years before making the move to Brooklyn, NY together to pursue their dreams together in the big city – hers being an architect and his being a film maker.  After more than 10 years together they said their “I do’s” in an intimate ceremony at Hoffman Haus in Fredericksburg, TX with 60 of their closest friends and family members. The wedding was classically composed with rich florals and personal touches.  Nicole actually designed her dress herself,  many of the plates and flatware were family heirlooms, and the car that they drove away in was Chad’s first car, given to him at 16 and the first car that he picked Nicole up in when they were teenagers.  So much love went into the planning of this incredibly romantic day.  I’m so honored to have documented it!

Southern Boho Wedding at The Cotton Warehouse

August 8, 2015 | Junebug Weddings

Southern-Boho-Wedding-at-The-Cotton-Warehouse (34 of 41)

The most important part of any wedding design is that the details truly represent the couple’s style. With the help of Beyond Details, Charles and Natalie created a romantic, boho party wedding. Bright, warm florals, tribal printed rugs, and dreamcatchers dressed The Cotton Warehouse in Monroe, Georgia for Charles and Natalie’s big day! We cant’t get over all the fun and colorful details at this causal wedding! Beautifully capturing the day, The Shalom Imaginative photographed the couple celebrating their love with family and friends.

The Couple:

Charles and Natalie

The Wedding:

The Cotton Warehouse, Monroe, Georgia

The Inspiration:

I would describe it as boho casual with native american influences and lots of color. We really wanted it to be very relaxed for our guests. We had dreamcatchers on the ceremony chairs, vintage tribal fabrics on our tables, and turkish rugs lining the aisle of the garden. It was just perfect.

The Moments:

I think our favorite moment as a couple was reading our vows to each other. I had just lost my grandpa 3 days before our wedding so I was an emotional wreck, but trying to be strong. He could barely hold it together during his vows and that meant the world to me knowing that I was finally getting to marry the man that has loved me for so long and has gotten me through some of the most difficult times. It was so nice to be surrounded by our family and friends during that time and have them support us.

The Couple Recommends:

Our Photographers/Videographers, Nate and Amanda Howard, are not only extremely talented, but they are two of the best humans we have ever met. We feel blessed to know them and they made our day so special. They captured our wedding with such beauty and grace. We will forever be grateful to them.

White and Ivory Wedding at The Westin Lake Las Vegas

August 7, 2015 | Junebug Weddings

White-and-Ivory-Wedding-at-The-Westin-Lake-Las-Vegas (23 of 31)

After spotting her on the street and asking if they could grab coffee sometime, Justin soon found Stephanie to be the girl of his dreams. Fast-forward a few years and the couple is planning their classically beautiful wedding at The Westin Lake Las Vegas. Soft ivory, cream, and pink florals dressed the venue, adding a gorgeous texture to their white wonderland design. We absolutely love the bride’s elegant hairpiece by Valentino, which added a whimsical touch. Andrea Eppolito Events perfectly constructed this classically elegant design for the couple’s big day!

The Couple:

Justin and Stephanie

The Wedding:

The Westin Lake Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada

The Inspiration:

I have always been a big fan of neutrals, blushes, ivory, white and cream. I knew a spring wedding would fit this color palate perfectly. I started with my dress, which was a mermaid Rivini with a beautiful, soft pale pink bow. My bridesmaid dresses, by Bill Levkoff, complimented my dress and the florals well, as they were a petal pink color. I added ivory sashes with chiffon flowers and pearls to break up the pink of the dress and add something special. The Groomsmen wore a Vera Wang charcoal grey suit with an ivory corsage to match the bridesmaid bouquets. The suit color was soft enough to compliment the color palate. The flowers (which were all carefully chosen) had to be as full as possible! I love big and lush florals, especially if the colors are soft! So the flowers above the chuppah, along the aisle, on all the tables and sweetheart table had to stand out, which they did.

I wanted my wedding to be distinctly ours and ours alone. I wanted to walk into my ceremony and reception and know that it could only be for me and my groom, so I put our signature monogram on everything! Our initials, S&J were on everything, the napkins, menus, programs, table numbers, aisle runner, dance floor, custom cookies, custom sweetheart loveseat pillows, everything! It was exactly what I wanted and it was so perfect!

The Moments:

The ceremony was my all time favorite part! In the past, I’ve always felt that couples put so much effort into planning the details of the reception and reception space, that the ceremony doesn’t get the attention it deserves, but in my eyes, the ceremony is what the wedding is all about! We decided not to do a first look, I’m traditional so I really wanted for us to see each other for the first time at the altar. The moment I saw him, as I stood at the end of the aisle, I couldn’t help but cry. It was the perfect moment. All our loved ones surrounding us, the sun shining, birds chirping, my Mom waiting for me halfway down the aisle to walk me the rest of the way to my groom, it was all so perfect.

The most touching moment of the ceremony was the vows. At first, I was not sure writing our own vows was a good idea, but as our Rabbi read the carefully chosen words that we had written for each other, it was just so touching and a moment neither of us will ever forget.

The Couple Recommends:

Our wedding planner, Andrea Eppolito, went above and beyond for us from start to finish. She is a woman who aims to please, and I can be tough to please!! She was completely in tune with my attention to detail and proved to be extremely experienced at what she does! We absolutely owe the success of our wedding day to Andrea!
