Gorgeous Polish Wedding and Post-Wedding Shoot

Gorgeous-Polish-Wedding-and-Post-Wedding-Shoot (17 of 29)

Kasia and Jacek’s gorgeous ceremony at St. Marcin’s Church in Poland was filled with traditional antique details and extravagant architecture. The bride wore a beautiful flowing gown that she designed herself! In the days following this unbelievable Polish wedding, DreamEyeStudio stole the couple way for a breathtaking post-wedding session. The photos will leave you speechless!

The Couple:

Kasia and Jacek

The Wedding:

St. Marcin’s Church, Tarce, Poland

The Inspiration:

There wasn’t any particular decor theme for the wedding. We managed to find a perfect church and a nearby manor house whose interiors were ornate themselves so there was no need for too many extra decorations. The flowers we chose were the ones you could easily find in many back gardens that time of summer.
Our clothes were meant to emphasize the celebratory atmosphere of the day, yet letting us feel like ourselves at the same time. The dress had been sewed by a neighbour seamstress according to my drawing. Jacek wore his old suit which he knew was comfortable.

The Moments:

Of course the whole day was beautiful and it was filled with many special moments like the first dance or the song that we performed for our parents (I sang and Jacek played the guitar). But, surprisingly, we really enjoyed the preparations before the whole event. We got to our hotel room about two hours before the ceremony and still had to arrange all wedding name cards, have a shower, dress up and generally “get ready”. I did my make up in ten minutes and Jacek put his suit on just before the blessing from our parents. The funny thing was that we had great fun this whole time and it seemed we were the least stressed of all.

The Couple Recommends:

We were pleased to work with our photographers Gosia and Grzegorz from Dream Eye Studio. Our outdoor wedding session in the mountains was a great adventure. It was really important for us to go to the Tatry Mountains as we’ve got many beautiful memories from that place. Gosia and Grzegorz helped us to immortalise those moments. We hope to work with them many times in the future! The Quest Music Band was also brilliant! They were true professionals – skilled musicians with amazing voices and really nice people at the same time.

Classic-California-Wedding-at-the-Presidio-Officers-Club (13 of 22)

Knowing they wanted to invite friends and family from all over The States and the UK, Thomas and Victoria decided their was no better place to have their wedding than in the city where they first met, San Fransico, California. Presidio Officers’ Club in Presidio Park created the perfect cozy atmosphere for the two to tie the knot! We love the gold touches and simple details that led to this beautifully elegant wedding! Talented photographer Collin Hughes captured the sweetest moments on the big day!

The Couple:

Thomas and Victoria

The Wedding:

Presidio Officers’ Club, San Fransico, California

The Inspiration:

We knew we wanted to get married in the Presidio in San Francisco. We live close by and love being able to walk, hike and bike all through the park. It is such a unique and special part of the city with amazing views of the golden gate bridge and bay. It’s the perfect place to have a classic modern wedding while incorporating history and nature. We had friends and family coming from all over the states and the UK so we were excited not just to have them in the city where we met but to experience all the Presidio has to offer.

The Moments:

There are so many things that make me smile when I reflect back on the day. Nothing makes the heart patter more than when the church doors opened and I say my future husband standing there surrounded by all of our friends and family. But if I had to choose it was when Thomas gave a speech during dinner. He truly expressed the gratitude we have for our friends and family and the inspiration and life lessons they have given us to be have a long and happy marriage.

The Couple Recommends:

Amanda from Mandolin Floral is absolutely amazing. I had never seen more beautiful peonies and the flower’s in the church and the flower beam above the main bar were stunning. She is so talented! Lauren, our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make sure Thomas and I were as relaxed as possible and were able to enjoy the entire day.

Tuscan Inspired Wedding at Sassafras Springs Vineyard

September 19, 2015 | Junebug Weddings

Tuscan-Inspired-Wedding-at-Sassafras-Springs-Vineyard (15 of 26)

After meeting while backpacking through Europe with friends, Sarah and Patrick knew they had met an adventure partner for life. The couple pulled design inspiration for their wedding from Tuscany, Italy, since that’s where they first met. The Sassafras Springs Vineyard in Arkansas was dressed in rich-red florals and gold touches. NewlyWifed Photography perfectly captured the beautiful moments!

The Couple:

Sarah and Patrick

The Wedding:

Sassafras Springs Vineyard, Springdale, Arkansas

The Inspiration:

Since we met in Tuscany, we used that as our inspiration for the event. We wanted for our wedding to be casually elegant and to feel welcoming and authentic. Little details like hand watercoloring all of the invitations were meant to show our guests that each one of them were valued and unique parts of our lives. We also made completely customized program booklets where we could share anecdotes of our family and wedding party. The venue we picked out was reminiscent of the rolling hills and vineyards of Tuscany and we served Italian fare throughout the night, beginning with an aperitivo hour where wine and Peroni were freely poured and nibbles of antipasto were laid out on wine barrels. We decorated lightly with lots of olive branches, shimmering wine bottles, and mix-matched frames holding our engagement photos.

The Moments:

My favorite moment of the night was dancing to the last song (Beyonce’s Love on Top) with everyone and then being sent-off through a tunnel of friends and family not-so-delicately tossing birdseed at us as we dove into our limo. We continued to find birdseed everywhere several days into the honeymoon.

The Couple Recommends:

Jordan Rock (photographer) was absolutely first class. Her artistic eye lead to authentic and beautiful photographic memories of the day and her laid-back, fuss-free style was perfect for my nerves!
