Inspired by springtime in Michigan and the timelessness of their family’s wedding before theirs, Molly and Drew’s Grosse Pointe War Memorial was sophisticated as could be and everything they imagined. To ensure that every moment and detail was documented with care, the couple enlisted Julie Pepin Photography to capture their day. We listened to the stories from grandparents’ and parents’ weddings, and were inspired by how uncomplicated they seemed. So we wanted the day and the wedding fashion to stay simple, easy with a touch of classic sophistication. With the decor, we wanted to evoke the sense of joy and hopefulness that comes with a Michigan spring.
