I hired Lorenzo after having a disappointing experience with another planner who had far more reviews and was more popular. That vendor was unresponsive and disorganized. I didnt have a good feeling from our first interactions so I decided to look for someone else. So, I came onto Junebug and found PMW. From the beginning, Lorenzo was super responsive, friendly and informative. I got great vibes from him and was happy to hire his company. I met Lorenzo and Gustavo a couple months after hiring them when we went to Mexico on a planning trip. They spent the whole day with me showing different venues for our welcome party and offering their suggestions and opinions. As the months progressed, the company was growing with more weddings, so they made the smart decision to hire additional help for the team. His assistant Emily became my main point of contact and she was super great. She would always answer my whatsapp messages in a timely manner and would make time for calls. She would listen to my ideas and help with recommendations and suggestions. The week of wedding, the team was there for my vendor walk through, the rehearsal, the welcome party and of course the big day. I would definitely recommend hiring PMW. I think its important to use vendors that your planner trusts and has had experience working with. PMW has a great reputation in the industry and all of my vendors were happy to be working with them.

Working with SOS was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had a ~100-person wedding at Xcaret Park with over 10 vendors and we knew it would be impossible for us to plan such a large production without the help of a wedding planner. We interviewed several wedding planners and ultimately chose SOS. In addition to their impressive portfolio, we knew we would enjoy working with them. Everyone on the SOS team is kind, friendly, professional, and fun to work with. We mainly worked with Michael and Keila, and throughout the ~2 years of planning, we were consistently impressed with their work. Their expertise in the region and their relationships with vendors is invaluable. On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about anything. SOS did an incredible job of coordinating everything and a member of the SOS team was with us all day to assist with anything we needed. Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined because of SOS, and we will be forever grateful to them. We will genuinely miss working with their team - I cannot recommend SOS enough.

We planned our wedding 5 months out, and with it being a destination wedding, really wanted someone we could trust to guide us on each decision making our dream day a realty. Michael and Keila were incredible with bringing the vision to life, and so detailed with information creating comfort throughout the process. Planning a wedding from the states, with wedding venue site unseen in Playa del Carmen created lots of anxiety, wanting to ensure everything we were choosing would be a great experience for us and our guests. Their expertise and honesty helped guide us, making decisions feel easier, and we are so pleased we had them on our side throughout the process and during our perfect weekend.
