Don't know where to begin... SOS Wedding Planners are the BEST. PERIOD! They handled everything to the best of our expectations. THE Process was not easy, but Maggie with her experience and charm made it so easy. This was absolutely the most professional and pleasurable experience ever for our wedding process. Maggie and her team were courteous, kind, patient and performed to the highest standard. We added many features last minute, had unusual requests, took loads of time back and forth and even changed decisions last minute; our wedding ended up being a 250 person destination wedding nearly double in soze and scope. Through it all Maggie was so patient and brought everything full circle to create the wedding of our dreams. Every single guest our our said this was the best wedding or event they had every attended in their lives. Despite the rain showers the event was magical, detail oriented, grand, exciting and full of surprises. Maggie and the SOS team know how to choose the right vendors, talent and people to maximize your special day. Angie the assistant is equally as capable and compassionate and helpful member of the team. From photography, cakes, decor, entertainment, lodging, venues, extras SOS has all the best connections and prices in the area. Without Maggie and her team our special day would not happen the way it did. We are forever grateful for the passion and hardworking staff at SOS. We now consider them like Family because of all the love they put for us, and the fact that they went above and beyond I'm every sense from planning to execution. A++++++ they are the BEST. Hire them, you will not regret. Talented, professional, friendly and perfectionist. What other traits are needed to handle the most important party of your life? Bravo, thanks to SOS. As I write this review, I’m struggling to find the appropriate words to convey my gratitude for the SOS team. Maggie and Angie were beyond spectacular. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo to collaborate with for such an important day. They were such an amazing resource, so knowledgeable, so kind and pleasant to work with. Them, along with their day-of team (Norma and Cristina), made the wedding of our dreams happen. People are STILL raving about the experience they had and even they noticed how prepared they were. They thought of EVERYTHING - helped with even wardrobe mishaps and changes. Truly a beyond amazing team. And of course throughout the planning process, I remember telling anyone who would ask that I didn’t feel stressed really, mainly because I had SOS in my corner. They were readily available, they were a great liaison between myself and the venue/hotel, and they were super organized and had great advice. They went above and beyond, even helped organize non-wedding activities for my guests and hubby and I. We had an AMAZING experience working with Michael, Kayla and the team at SOS and would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with professional, highly organized, and genuinely nice people to plan their wedding. From our first video meeting with them, we knew they were the right team for us. They are so knowledgable and work with great vendors, listened to understand our vision, and on the day things ran so smoothly, all we had to do was enjoy our special moments without a worry about what was happening in the background. We had regular video meetings with the team throughout the planning process and they were always on top of everything, kept track of budgets, and made sure all communications happened with the vendors. If we were ever feeling overwhelmed, they were always so calm, positive and in-control so we knew we had nothing to worry about.
