Planning a Playa del Carmen wedding from afar felt overwhelming at first, but they made the entire process feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. From helping us choose the perfect location, to planning an onsite visit, to coordinating every detail on the actual day —-they were there for everything. They somehow took all of our ideas — even the slightly crazy ones — and brought them to life in a way that felt effortless and completely us. Every step of the way we felt supported, listened to, and taken care of. On the wedding day, everything flowed so seamlessly. If anything went wrong, we had no idea — which is exactly how it should be. We were able to just be present and enjoy it all. The whole team is professional, organized, and genuinely so sweet. Where do I begin! The whole SOSWP team made all of our dreams come true with our incredible wedding at Xcaret. We literally could not have done it without them. Maggie and Angie were on the ball and extremely responsive whenever we had questions. We had a vision, and they were able to customize that vision into something that we could not even imagine. Every one of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. The attention to detail and incredible knowledge proved that they had a ton of experience planning dozens of amazing weddings before. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Within minutes of chatting with Lorenzo on the phone almost 16 months ago, I knew I had found the wedding planner of my dreams! I was so nervous to choose a wedding planner that I had never met in person before, but I instantly felt safe in his hands and knew he would help us plan the destination wedding I had always dreamed of. From helping us choose a location to recommending a travel agency to work with during our first few meetings, I already knew I had made the best decision for our wedding.Through our zoom calls and whatsapp messaging, they understood the type of person/bride I am and helped me choose vendors that would be a perfect fit (e.g., photographers that would make me feel comfortable and laugh throughout the day!). The day went by in a blur of smiles/laughter/dancing/happiness, and I never had to worry or even think about a single thing. Emily, Lorenzo, and Gustavo kept everything moving on time and without a hitch! My husband and I are constantly hearing from friends and family that it was the best wedding ever and now even 2 weeks later are still talking about how much fun they had and how beautiful it was! The only thing I am sad about post wedding is not getting to catch up with Emily and Lorenzo and hear about their own amazing travels! I wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding and thats all thanks to PMW!

Our wedding was organized with SOS Wedding Planners in Cancun, and the service provided undoubtedly showed their professionalism and extensive experience. They were always very helpful and attentive to our needs and expectations. On the wedding day, everything turned out much better than expected. Unfortunately, we had bad weather on the day of the ceremony, but they handled the situation brilliantly and found a very intelligent solution, and in the end, it was beautiful. I definitely recommend them if you're planning a destination wedding or any type of wedding.

Michael and the SOS Planning team were absolutely amazing and helped us create our dream wedding weekend. We hired SOS only 5 months before the wedding and they were SO helpful planning our wedding in Tulum. We would not have been able to coordinate all the vendors and make our vision come true without them. They were very organized and always readily available for a meeting even on the weekends. During the wedding weekend the team took care of all the details and were always 1 step ahead of anything we needed. We were sad after the wedding, not that the wedding was over, but that our time working with SOS & Michael had ended! We would recommend anyone to use SOS, especially if you are planning a destination wedding abroad! Could not be more satisfied with the service!
