I recently had the pleasure of working with Mich as my wedding planner, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the very beginning, Mich's professionalism and attention to detail were evident. He took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life flawlessly.

We live in the United States and when our daughter decided to get married in Merida Mexico we felt overwhelmed by the idea of planning a destination wedding. But they hired SOS and Michael and his team took away all our worries. They handled everything with amazing creativity and care. We had zoom meetings where they showed us the place settings, the furniture, the flowers. Nothing was overlooked. When the day arrived it was more than we ever expected. It was perfection. Michael got every detail exactly right and the team from SOS was there with us every step of the day and night. No problems at all. Perfection. We couldn’t be more grateful and we would recommend them to everyone. I would be happy to share our experience with others.

Our wedding weekend was extra special because of the lovely team at SOS who not only were very attentive to all the details, but were the nicest team that did an astounding job at making it all happen for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of. Having a foreign wedding and planning this on different timezones, we were in great hands with Michael, Elsa, Kei and the SOS team. The communication was top notch between us, SOS and the vendors, they were very organized and ran the show like clockwork. They catered to our specific needs and timing of everything. It was beautiful to see the magic they do and for us to enjoy the night. SOS knows how to plan an unforgettable night and we couldn't be happier. Dream come true. Highly recommend the team!

As I write this review, I’m struggling to find the appropriate words to convey my gratitude for the SOS team. Maggie and Angie were beyond spectacular. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo to collaborate with for such an important day. They were such an amazing resource, so knowledgeable, so kind and pleasant to work with. Them, along with their day-of team (Norma and Cristina), made the wedding of our dreams happen. People are STILL raving about the experience they had and even they noticed how prepared they were. They thought of EVERYTHING - helped with even wardrobe mishaps and changes. Truly a beyond amazing team. And of course throughout the planning process, I remember telling anyone who would ask that I didn’t feel stressed really, mainly because I had SOS in my corner. They were readily available, they were a great liaison between myself and the venue/hotel, and they were super organized and had great advice. They went above and beyond, even helped organize non-wedding activities for my guests and hubby and I. I will never forget these amazing women, and I am forever grateful for what they were able to execute for us. THE CABRERAS LOVE SOS

There aren’t enough nice things I could ever say about Maggie and the SOS team. 5 months before my wedding, I had to unexpectedly find a new planner after still having almost no vendors booked. SOS swooped in and didn’t only save the day, they were a highlight of the whole planning process for me. Every vendor they recommended was phenomenal, and we threw a party for the ages. People 4 months later are still talking about it. The day of, they had a whole team manning every single detail. Things we hadn’t even planned for or discussed, like a change of shirt for my husband when he sweat through it, and ceremony fans for our guests. They planned all our budgets and tracked all payments — the often confusing international planning can be overwhelming and they helped immensely. I STRONGLY recommend hiring a local team like SOS, their connections and inside-scoop on Riviera Maya was necessary. One of my guests was so blown away by the wedding and their team, she’s now hired SOS for her own wedding next year in Cabo. I don’t know that you could think of a better testimony than that. The wedding they put together for me at Saasil Kantenah was STUNNING, and they understood my vision completely. But maybe most importantly, they were so fun to work with, so kind, incredibly thoughtful, organized and responsive. I’m so, so lucky I found them!!!
