Lorenzo and his team made sure everything went perfectly and ultimately I actually enjoyed our special day instead of being a stressed mess. They did multiple site inspections and follow ups with vendors throughout our planning that made me comfortable planning remotely. I never felt anxious or nervous. We knew we were in good hands. Plus with his Italian background we knew it was a perfect fit. Originally we planned our wedding in Italy and ultimately had to reschedule and replan our whole wedding. Lorenzo was fantastic at taking what we had envisioned and brought it new life. When we walked in on the day we were completely mind blown at how our plans had come to life and honestly exceeded our expectations. If you’re on the fence between Lorenzo and another planner. Do yourself a favor and go with him. His so diligent and responsive, which I struggled to find from other vendors before we found him. Even our venue during booking complimented multiple times on his efficiency. Our family and friends loved him and his team. Such a great guy and amazing experience. Their creative vision and implementation allow the magic of the many beautiful settings in Mexico to shine. It took my breath away when I saw the reception area for the first time. Their creativity painted an unforgettable picture in my mind, one that I will cherish forever.

WOW!!! I am absolutely in awe. We are so happy we found Francesco & Giuseppe. They truly captured not just how our wedding looked, but exactly how it felt. Pink Balance was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and their energy and personalities were absolutely infectious. As I write this review, I’m struggling to find the appropriate words to convey my gratitude for the SOS team. Maggie and Angie were beyond spectacular. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo to collaborate with for such an important day. They were such an amazing resource, so knowledgeable, so kind and pleasant to work with. Them, along with their day-of team (Norma and Cristina), made the wedding of our dreams happen. People are STILL raving about the experience they had and even they noticed how prepared they were. They thought of EVERYTHING - helped with even wardrobe mishaps and changes. Truly a beyond amazing team. And of course throughout the planning process, I remember telling anyone who would ask that I didn’t feel stressed really, mainly because I had SOS in my corner. They were readily available, they were a great liaison between myself and the venue/hotel, and they were super organized and had great advice. They went above and beyond, even helped organize non-wedding activities for my guests and hubby and I. I had been looking for a wedding planner in Mexico for a long time, and then I found Sina. That was the best thing that could have happened to my husband and me. She planned our wedding at Casa Malca in Tulum, and it was truly magical. Sina was incredibly reliable and guided us through the entire wedding planning process with such competence and warmth. She was always available, quick to respond, and simply a powerwoman ,creative and truly skilled at what she does. She had so many wonderful ideas but always respected and fulfilled our wishes.
