Kim and John's Tuscany wedding was truly amazing. As if getting married in a gorgeous countryside Italian villa, and having gorgeous photos by Rochelle Cheever amidst pretty Italian cobble streets weren't enough, John - a professional chef - insisted on cooking their elaborate wedding dinner for their guests himself! What a treat!
Dark Blue Wedding Color Ideas & Color Palettes
Historic Notre Dame Cathedral Wedding – Sara and Daniel
Sara and Daniel had quite the story leading up to their wedding (a courtship while students at Notre Dame, a cross-country move, and a tree-falling-through-the-roof adventure on the night before Daniel's proposal), but their wedding day was sunny, sweet, and full of love for each other and their alma mater! Debbie Sprague, of Browne Photography, beautifully captured all the special moments and the gorgeous setting. Enjoy!
Stylish Viceroy Miami Wedding – Soul Echo Studios – Natalie and Shephathiah
Soul Echo Studio's striking images perfectly captured the sweet moments, romantic fashion, stylish venue, and gorgeous color palette of Natalie and Shephathiah's stylish Miami wedding day. The happy couple was absolutely glowing, and their happiness just jumps off the screen! (Speaking of jumping...check out their amazing skydiving proposal!)
Classically Beautiful Wedding at the University Club of Chicago – Meredith and James
With a classic ivory, black, navy and spring green wedding color palette, the grand backdrop of the University Club of Chicago, and the timeless images of photographer David Wittig, couple Meredith and James went elegant all the way with their September wedding! Gorgeous!
Colorful, Modern Seattle Wedding at Within SODO – Julie and Rob
I'm completely mad for Julie and Rob's dynamic, fun color palette of...every color in the rainbow! Along with talented planner Michelle Engvall of Married & More With Michelle, they designed a day that combined a traditional church ceremony with a modern, sleek reception at the very urban Within SODO event space. They included a lot of white in their palette so that their wild range of colors would pop, and the end result was gorgeous photos by Benj Haisch!
Glamorous Alexis Hotel Seattle Wedding – Kristen and Jason
Kristen and Jason's wedding day look was a gorgeous blend of Old Hollywood glamor, an elegant venue, and a romantic color palette, but it was the sweet, meaningful moments that really stood out for the couple. They wisely built in time on their wedding day to spend with just each other, and even revisited some spots that had been home to some big events in their relationship. We think another one of their best decisions was hiring the talented (and fun!) Barbie Hull to photograph their day, because her gorgeous images perfectly captured the day's spirit.
Fun California Academy of Sciences Wedding – Caroline and Christopher
I might be a little biased (my path to the wedding industry had a few detours that involved my biology degree), but you don't have to love science to love Caroline and Christopher's super fun San Francisco wedding! Their day highlighted some quintessential San Francisco scenery and venues, including traditional cable cars, historic Old Saint Mary's Cathedral, the charming Garden of Shakespeare's Flowers at Golden Gate Park, and the standout California Academy of Sciences. The couple's decor choices wonderfully complemented the amazing venues, and the end result was a cohesive and fascinating wedding, beautifully captured by Cliff Brunk Photography!
Whimsical Wedding at the Barr Mansion – Austin, Texas – Jessica and Brian
This traditional wedding at the Barr Mansion photographed by She-N-He Photography. It is just bursting with sweet romance! Twinkly lights, sweet florals that included babies breath done right, and classic white decor made this whimsical wedding the epitome of elegance.
