This Earthy California Ranch Wedding is What Pampas Grass Dreams are Made Of

September 7, 2019 | juliette

Wild and adventurous souls, get ready because Maggie and Taylor’s California ranch wedding was as earthy and natural as weddings come! The couple tied the knot on Maggie’s 80-acre family farm, which is aptly named Hacienda Colina De Oro (or Ranch in the Golden Hills). That golden backdrop was ideal for the earth-centered celebration they created, which included seasonal colors and loads of dried pampas grass, eucalyptus, wheat, and ragweed. The vibe was humble and natural but, because they asked their guests to dress in formal attire, it also had an air of elegance and fun! If you’re looking for earthy wedding inspiration, look no further than these images captured by Light + Heir Studios!
