Rachel and Michael’s historic seaside celebration at The Casino San Clemente featured stunning Spanish colonial architecture and a lush and dreamy color palette perfect for their enchanting ceremony and patio reception. Ethereal pastel pinks and pale green florals by Hello Honey Flower Co. Floral Design perfectly accented the tree-shaded garden, chic outdoor fireplace and simple table décor that created a private oasis for their guests. The bride’s elegant Lover’s Society wedding gown featured modern, graphic lace, long sleeves and a full train and looked glowing with loose, ethereal waves and simple olive headband. We love how Kayci Roth Photography captured these two barefoot and beaming on the pebbly San Clemente beach at sunset, with the palest of pink streaking the clouds.

The most memorable part of the day was being able to see all our planning and different aspects of the day come together. It was really exciting to see our hard work and little details being pulled into a whole experience. Sharing that experience and celebrating our love together with close friends and family was one of the best feelings.
My grandfather has been a huge part of my life and the pillar of our family. We wanted to included him as a part of our ceremony to speak words of wisdom and guidance as we joined our lives together. My grandparents have had a strong unfailing love for 57 years.
During the planning process it was very important to make sure each of my vendors were people that clicked well with me and my style. Finding genuinely good people that you would be friends with in the real world makes a huge difference in the wedding planning process. Just because a vendor looks perfect, doesn’t necessarily mean they’d be a good fit for you.
Our wedding favors were hand crafted chocolate gems from Elise Cakes. We had two different colors, a grey and white marble and a simple peachy pink. Each were individually decorated with gold flake on the top. Everyone loved them!
It’s easy to get lost with all the little details popping up here and there and wish it was all over at times. But take in all the hiccups and embrace them. It goes by way too quickly. So be present in the moment and hold on to it.
