Nature Lovers Will Have Major Heart Eyes for This Elegant Backyard Wedding

April 28, 2018 | Junebug Weddings

The subtle bohemian details and classic autumnal color palette Abbey and Cameron used in their elegant backyard wedding will make nature lovers and autumn lovers alike swoon! Although the couple tied the knot at Cameron’s family home, it was technically a destination wedding for the couple, which meant they relied on the expertise of Lizie Anne Weddings and Proposals to pull together the details. They set up a simple wood teepee and rug ceremony space in the garden and decorated a fabulous tent with farmhouse tables, greenery hoops, and mismatched glassware for the reception. Then Blossom Studio Minneapolis add their personal touch with florals in a mix of Merlot roses, white hydrangea, coral poms, and succulents, and even created a matching dainty flower crown for Abbey to complement her Braveheart-inspired lace gown from Annalise Bridal Boutique and flowing hair. Abbey, Cameron, and their fabulous planner nailed every detail, and Ash & James Photography captured them all beautifully!

We’re Loving the Cozy Romantic Vibes in This Toronto Elopement Inspiration at 99 Sudbury

April 27, 2018 | Junebug Weddings

Between the sweet and sexy getting ready photos at The Drake Hotel hotel and the luxurious decor used for the ceremony and reception at 99 Sudbury, we can’t think of anything cozier and more romantic than this elopement inspiration shoot today! Event planner Shannon Bellisle used velvet and fur textiles, deep red and blush table and wall-mounted florals from Hunt and Gather Floral, and tons of candlelight to set the stage in the industrial Toronto space. The bride rocked a sleek Ferre Sposa Bridal Boutique gown, which they paired with a sparkly gold cape from By Catalfo, and the groom looked mighty handsome in a black velvet jacket from Guess. The overall vibe was modern romance at its finest! As with any real-life elopement, there was tons of laughter and joy peppered with intense emotion, and photographer Scarlet O’Neill managed to capture that duality so authentically.

Classic California Wedding at Cavallo Point

April 27, 2018 | Junebug Weddings

Breese and Matt’s Sausalito wedding at Cavallo Point was as classic and elegant as they come! Because of their proximity to the iconic Golden Gate bridge and the beautiful California weather, most of their day took place outside. Lally Events worked their magic to create an intimate ceremony beneath two large redwood trees, a cozy cocktail hour around a fire pit, and a beautiful ballroom reception that was anything but stuffy. Venn Floral created winter-inspired arrangements with pops of burgundy and deep blue that looked beautiful with the otherwise neutral palette and crisp architecture of the venue. As for the bride’s look, we can’t get enough of the subtle lace-back detail on her Sarah Seven gown and the fur stole she added for post-ceremony photos. This couple was all smiles in these images captured by Ryan Chard Smith Photography, and once you set eyes on the details that Lally Events put together for them, you will be too!
