This Creative Luxe Los Angeles Loft Wedding Combines Industrial Vibes with Pure Elegance

June 17, 2019 | Junebug Weddings

Jason and Basile’s Los Angeles loft wedding was the epitome of classy, with a modern twist! The uber-talented team at Rheefined Company brought the couple’s industrial-chic vision to life with loads of candles, mixed metallic elements, and modern accents that complemented the loft space beautifully. Then Designer Dana added greenery galore, accented with pastel blooms, for a touch of organic sophistication that also lightened up the dark, moody feel of the space and the decor. Every detail was thoughtfully curated as an expression of the grooms’ personalities, from their vows to their coordinating suits to their twist on traditional wedding desserts. Jenny Smith & Co. truly captured their essence in every image!

The Couple:

Jason and Basile

The Wedding:

West Adams Deco Warehouse Artist Loft, Los Angeles, California

The most memorable part of the day for Basile was the moment we walked down the aisle and our guests stood up, and we immediately felt a wave of love that took our breath away. For Jason, it was delivering his vows in French, which was a surprise to Basile’s family in attendance from France. He’s still on Duolingo learning more!

We wanted our guests to be treated to an intimate night of great food and wine while celebrating our big day. We had family and friends coming from around the world and knew that quality over quantity was the way to go.

We highly recommend getting a wedding planner! If it were not for Jason Rhee and the Rheefined Company team, we wouldn’t have been able to have our vision come true. We were so lucky to not have to worry about coordinating the details so that we could focus on each other.

We both love high ceiling spaces and industrial vibes. It was only right to create a space of simplicity, elegance, and a touch of luxury. Our wedding colors were very organic and raw. We used a lot of greenery and white flowers peeking through with soft pastels. The industrial touch was completed by the copper/rose gold chairs.

We opted out of a full wedding cake and went with a simple cake top for the photos, then we both chose our two favorite desserts: Magnolia Bakery’s Banana Pudding and Kouign Amann from Little Flower, a pastry originally from Brittany, France (Basile’s hometown).

The Red Rocks View Wasn’t Even the Prettiest Part of This Manor House Colorado Wedding

June 16, 2019 | Junebug Weddings

Jackie and Andrew’s Colorado wedding at The Manor House was as timeless and elegant as they come! The venue was picture-perfect in every way, giving the couple the opportunity to hold an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception, all with a view of the Red Rocks and the city. We can hardly get enough of the romantic color palette Sugar n Stems used for the floral designs, which looked stunning alongside Jackie and Andrew’s sophisticated style. And don’t even get us started on the special appearance by their sweet pup! From the first look among the skyscrapers to the portraits in the rocky Colorado landscape, Mary Meck Weddings did a phenomenal job capturing every moment of this special day!

The Couple:

Jackie and Andrew

The Wedding:

The Manor House, Littleton, Colorado

Our main goal was that the wedding to feel like us. It had to be a celebration of the love we have for each other and for the family and friends there with us!

The Manor House is set on top of a hill and shows off the beauty of Colorado with the Denver skyline and Red Rocks in view. The venue perfectly tied together with the classic and romantic vibe we were looking for!

I loved that my wedding dress was unique, simple, and elegant. I wore my grandmother’s earrings, which my sister wore in her own wedding. The earrings were a staple of my grandmother’s look when I was growing up, so it was a special way to incorporate her memory into the day.
