Michelle and Michael’s glamorous Las Vegas wedding was every bit the romantic celebration they envisioned. Fabulous wedding planner Andrea Eppolito made sure that every detail was taken care of so that Michelle and Michael could fully embrace the moments of their wedding. From their first look to their last dance, the celebration was punctuated by luxurious décor and elegant colors.

The Couple: Michelle and Michael

The Wedding: Siena Golf Club, Las Vegas, Nevada

The Inspiration:I wanted soft romantic colors with a hint of luxury. It was important to have a few touches of us throughout the day but I did not want a stand out theme. My dress was beautiful. It was elegant and form fitting. The bridesmaid wore dresses that did not match but were from the same line and the same color scheme. The men wore charcoal grey with Mike in a tux.

The Moments:I have so many moments from the wedding that I will cherish forever from the Chinese lion dance to my father/daughter dance with my dad. My favorite moment though is when I walked down the isle. Mike and I chose not to see each other that day until then. When I walked down the aisle he was the only person I saw. I couldn’t take my eyes off of him. It was the best walk I have ever been on.

The Couple Recommends:My wedding planner, Andrea Eppolito was amazing. She is professional yet your best friend all at the same time. I had so much confidence in all of my vendors because I had Andrea by my side. They were all fantastic and worked well together. My photographer, Ella Gagiano, made me feel like a princess and her photos where more than I could have asked for.

Rustic Mountain Wedding Inspiration

We’ve noticed a trend in our real weddings that couples are loving mountain weddings. Our lovely couples and their talented wedding professionals have done a spectacular job providing rustic mountain wedding inspiration for our readers, so here are some tried and true tips for planning your own mountain affair with rustic flair.

Swap out your heels for boots. A mountain wedding requires quite a bit of trekking through the elements, so you’ll want a pair of sturdy shoes that won’t dig into the dirt with every step. Cute boots are both practical and fits the theme of your rustic affair.

Choose a picturesque ceremony location. Mountain regions are known for their brilliant landscape, so set you ceremony in a spot that will make an extraordinary backdrop for your vows and your wedding photos.

Mimic the mountain nature in your decor. The flora and fauna in the surroundings of your venue are the perfect inspiration for your wedding decorations. We love the gold painted animals as a part of the centerpieces, and the leaves pulled from the natural surroundings included in the bridal bouquet.

Contrast the dark earthy tones with a light color palette. Creating a rustic look is all about mixing textures and using contrasting elements, so choose a feminine color palette with soft garden roses or delicate peonies.

Don’t be afraid of adventure. Sometimes getting the perfect shot requires a little bit of courage and a sense of adventure. Climbing, kneeling, and jumping may all be part of the job in order to capture the unforgettable moment you’ll always cherish.
