Tying the knot in an art gallery may lessen the need for decor, but that didn’t stop Jasna and Scott from filling their venue with colorful florals by Fleur du Jou Chicago. Floating World Gallery was the perfect spot for their intimate ceremony and spinning the night away on the dance floor. We have to admit, our favorite part of this wedding are the sweet pre-ceremony portraits by Erin Hoyt Photography, who brilliantly captured the quiet excitement Jasna and Scott shared on the morning of their wedding.
The Couple:
Jasna and Scott
The Wedding:
Floating World Gallery, Chicago, Illinois
The Inspiration:
We didn’t really have a theme or any main inspiration; we instead put a ton of trust in our florist and caterer, both of whom did an amazing job. We also picked an art gallery as the venue on purpose because just being there gave the decor a different vibe.
The Moments:
The ceremony was exactly what we both wanted. Simple, personal, surrounded by those we love, and full of all of our hilarious jokes.
