Jo and Bo’s traditional Thai wedding ceremony was a vivid and culturally rich celebration. The first half of their two-day wedding was adorned with gold and intricate beauty, yet delivered in a down-to-earth atmosphere. Nordica Photography photographed the traditional wedding’s contagious energy and vibrant heritage with talent.
The Couple: Jo and Bo
The Wedding: Private Residence, Bangkok, Thailand
The Inspiration: We both have family that live abroad, so our big days were a reunion for both sides of our family. Our traditional Thai ceremony was held at my parents’ house near Bangkok. The house has beautiful grass and lawn features. We wanted to incorporate the natural beauty of the house with a homey feeling so we had a “brunch in the garden” theme. We both wore traditional attire. The colors used were of green, ivory, and light grey. Of course, since it was a traditional Thai ceremony, there was lots of gold as well!
