Mamma mia! These Italian wedding photos at Fattoria e Villa di Rignana are so strikingly romantic, we can barely contain ourselves. We love that the couple exchanged heartfelt vows in the privacy of their first look, then moved on to an intimate ceremony in front of all 28 of their guests. After the ceremony, the attendees celebrated the newlyweds with a homemade Italian meal and an absolutely electric wine cellar dance party. From dramatic black and white portraits to candid, sun-drenched moments, Cinzia Bruschini Photography captures every single emotion exchanged between the couple.

Fattoria e Villa di Rignana, Greve in Chianti, Italy

We wanted to be far off the beaten path, in a place that had beautiful grounds where we could enjoy several days together as a group. Rignana is absolutely stunning–dating back to the 15th century with original frescos–and made delicious Chianti classico, and its trattoria is one of the best in the region.

The ceremony was held in a 15th century chapel that was just big enough to fit our 28 guests, and the guests fixed themselves drinks before entering.

The surprise of hearing the ceremony for the first time was one of the most memorable parts of the day. Our officiant did such an incredible job creating a story of our relationship that was funny, heartfelt, and special.

While planning our wedding, the most important things to us were having delicious food and wine and feeling loved and supported by everyone that was there.
