Kimberly and Stasen’s Oklahoma City wedding at Blueberry Hill may have used a subtle stone color palette, but this couple’s bubbly personalities pop off the screen so vibrantly that we can’t help but smile! The couple added their personal touch in fun, unexpected ways. The bride designed all of the floral arrangements, which use blush roses and lots of greenery for stunning bridal bouquets and simple, elegant centerpieces. Our favorite personal touch, however, was that the groom picked out all of the bridesmaid’s dresses – and they were beautiful! None more beautiful than the bride, though. She looked absolutely radiant in a vintage beaded Maggie Sottero Designs gown. Chelsea Denise Photography did a beautiful job capturing all the super sweet elements of this gorgeous day!

I cut the sleeves off my brand new, not cheap wedding dress with a pair of 2 dollar scissors when I received it!

Stasen and I planted over 30 cacti that we used as the aisle decorations. The cacti now fill our house!

The most memorable part of our day were our vows. We wrote our own vows and the authenticity and passion from that moment during our ceremony was the moment we will always remember and cherish most about our wedding day.

Our ceremony was short and simple. All we wanted during our ceremony was for our hearts to be before each other and before the Lord. Our pastor, vows, and promises to each other expressed our deep love for each other that only comes from our love and relationship with Jesus.

We based our wedding colors off of our 6 different colored bridesmaid dresses that Stasen picked out! They blended perfectly and were the perfect color pallet for our wedding!

From the bride: I designed all of the floral for our wedding. I’ve always dreamed of doing that and I went for it! It was a huge task but I would do it all over again. It wasn’t perfect, which is exactly what I wanted!
