These rustic and chic estate wedding venues are located in the Catskill Mountains in Upstate New York and have countryside elegance with all of nature’s luxuries. Only 2.5 hours from New York City, Estates By Brophy are two individual venues that are perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, family and friend gatherings and any other special event. They consist of RiverView Estate By Brophy and DeerRidge Estate By Brophy, both with their own charm and enchantment. Each estate has the opportunity to fulfill your every need or desire and is surrounded by infinite beauty and serenity. We can provide you with any size party from an intimate setting for a group of 25 to a gathering of up to 300 guests. RiverView Estate is our luxurious estate with an optional Banquet Hall consisting of the Main House, 3 Bedroom Cottage and Entertainment Lodge. This venue will accommodate a large party of 32 overnight guests, includes 3 kitchens, large open great room, large spa room with hot tub and dry sauna, 9 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and multiple common areas. The large, newly-expanded “White Birch Banquet Hall” under the Entertainment Lodge can seat up to 225 guests inside and under the veranda. Our Upper Delaware River frontage ceremonial site lies beside one mile of the river, allowing for a breathtaking wedding venue. As you walk down the aisle in between wooden log benches, you will have an overview of the log trestle, with spectacular mountains and foliage in every direction.
DeerRidge Estate By Brophy, located a quick stroll away from our RiverView Estate, can also be added on for additional accommodations of up to 40 guests. This 1 dwelling estate consists of 3 separate living units with 17 bedrooms and 12 baths. When bundling the two estates together, we can accommodate a large party of 72, where you’ll have exclusive rights to our entire 1,200 acres of private land.
