Sam, Nicole, and the whole team were instrumental in the joy and fun of our wedding. The creativity, focus, and steadfast readiness that that brought not just to the day of our wedding, but the weeks leading up to it made all the difference in the world to us. I am not even sure where to begin with this review. Meeting Niki and Sam from Ember & Stone was a blessing. After searching around with different planners out in Vegas, the second I talked to Niki I KNEW. Our wedding was PERFECT, there isn't one thing I would change. Being from Boston, I knew nothing about weddings in Las Vegas, I had a million questions and my vision changed 10 different times. Niki and her team were there with me for the ride, every call they were excited, and so when there were times I felt overwhelmed, when I talked to them that stress melted away. We ended up with 85 people traveling from the East Coast to Vegas, and seriously not one thing went wrong, EXCEPT the rain! The only day it rained in Vegas was on my wedding day, which forced us to switch ceremony locations day of. I will admit when you spend 2 years picturing your wedding one way, I was bummed, but trying not to panic. Within a couple hours E&S were able to secure a new location (which I ended up loving more than my original) and no one knew the difference. I can't imagine what it would have been like if I didn't have Niki and Sam. When we arrived everyone was in awe, every little detail was absolutely perfect. When we got to the reception at Mid Century Manor, I was even more blown away that my vision we had only spoke about had come alive. I couldn't have dreamed it up any more perfectly. Every last vendor she secured was more than perfect. Our photographer and videographer felt like our friends, the mobile bar was everything, the flowers and the details were incredible. My hair and makeup, I literally couldn't even handle how perfect it came out. The staff at Mid Century Manor was amazing, our bartenders were the BEST. When it decided to rain on us while dancing they stayed out there and kept the party going. The food was amazing, and lastly Niki was amazing. She stayed with us the entire time right until the end. Without E&S I would have never found these perfect vendors. Everyone single one of my guests commented on how amazing she was. We had the time of our lives, when we left Vegas to go home I was sad because E&S become part of life in a special way, and the thought of wedding planning being over and not being able to talk to them all the time was sad. They helped make my most important and biggest life event thus far be absolutely perfect. Though they will go on to make many more brides and grooms feel incredible, I will remember them for the rest of my life. Could not recommend more.

If there is one piece of advice I could offer to you while you're planning your big day, it is working with Ember & Stone. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work Niki and Sam put into making our wedding day absolutely magical. After securing all of our major vendors, my fiance and I found ourselves overwhelmed by all the smaller details and the challenge of crafting the perfect vibe for our special day. That's where Niki and Sam swooped in, bringing with them an unmatched level of dedication and creativity. From the moment we met them, it was evident that they poured their hearts and souls into every aspect of their work. Their genuine passion for what they do shined through in every interaction, and it was infectious. They didn't just see us as clients; they treated us like friends from the onset. One of the most reassuring aspects of working with Ember & Stone was their unwavering attention to detail and creative ideas that were brilliantly thought up on the spot at times! Niki's moodboard was an absolute lifesaver, which immediately gave us clarity and ease. I truly do not have words to describe how grateful we were to have Niki & her team at Ember & Stone Events to help us with our wedding day. I did not even know where to begin with the planning process & Niki made it so easy from location to design & timeline. She does detailed research for you to find the perfect vendors for your day. It was seamless & took away all the stress. By the end of this process I felt like Niki & Lexi were my best girls. Not to mention the SUPPORT on the day of! I was a little stressed about the location & getting my guests & everything where it needed to be; Niki did not even seemed worried AT ALL she figured it all out in a blink & it was perfect.
BEST PLANNER & GAL EVER. This team goes above & beyond for your perfect day. I truly would not change one thing about our day; it was a dream come true.

truly wanted anything to do with my wedding to be stress free and Ember and Stone did that soo easily. Niki and Lexi were the main ones guiding me through. My work schedule can be pretty hectic but they were able to work with my through their portal and by sending me questionnaires. I love how they really took the time to get to know me and my husband first before we began to even pick vendors. There were various questionnaires for every vendor we chose including photographer, location, colors, cake, set up, music, officiant, hair and makeup, etc. Not only that, they also had a guide for vendors outside of what was including in my package including, transportation, wedding floral preservatives, music services, hotels, bar tending services, nail services, etc. If I ever had any questions either Niki or Lexi were always there to answer me. Day of my wedding was one of the easiest events ever. I worry about a lot of things especially things out of my control but I didn't have to with Ember and Stone by my side. I truly don't think I could've asked for a better wedding coordinator. Niki was everything and more!
