What's not to love?! It began with being drawn to the style and sense of place in her photography. All of the examples we saw of her work were personalized and beautifully unique. Looking at each couple's photos it felt like she truly captured who they were as a pair and the environment they were in. No two galleries were the same. After we had our first phone consultation with Stephanie, there was no doubt in our minds that she was the person we wanted to capture all the moments of our special day. We had more than one moment where things didn't go as planned in our wedding journey (starting with the engagement shoot car troubles long before we even heard about Covid). Yet even in the moments of turmoil and change Stephanie was right there with us making a plan. Not only did she help us adapt and pivot, she captured the beautifully imperfect moments in between that we'll cherish forever. Stephanie was so incredible in every way. That may sound hyperbolic but she was honest, flexible, loyal and took so many amazing photos of our day it's hard to believe there was just one of her. We ended up working with Stephanie for 2 years longer than initially intended, and still aren't ready to say goodbye. We already have plans to make our way to Iceland for an anniversary shoot because we know she can capture our love and personalities in such a special way.

Kaja is not only one of the most caring people you will ever meet, not only a brilliant photographer, but also a person who you want to have at your side during your wedding day. She can be like a ghost - when capturing the best moments but she can be also really vocal when needed. :) Do I recommend Kaja? Almost not so our wedding session could remain the best! :)

Daisy and I had been engaged for a long time but none of the traditional wedding stuff really spoke to us as a couple. But as soon as we thought of eloping to Iceland and came across Steph, it absolutely felt right! We had fun working with Steph every step of the way, whether it was laughing out loud during our phone calls or having a great time completing the questionnaires on the client portal so she could get to know us and what we wanted from our day. Steph provided us with loads of advice and guidance on things like accommodation, hair and make-up, locations, celebrants etc. This was really helpful for us during the planning stages. We had regular check-ins and felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. We had SO much fun on our wedding day. After the ceremony we set off adventuring to some incredible places with unforgettable scenery. One of our favourite moments was going behind a waterfall. Being there was really beautiful. We booked Steph for an additional second day of adventuring where we went into the geothermically active areas. This created some incredible photos and really had a wonderful, other-worldly vibe. Steph also brought us a picnic which was so so cute! What can I say about the photos??? STUNNING!!! Steph is an incredible photographer :-D Steph helped make our wedding experience so wonderful and amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to elope in Iceland!
