Hello! I'm Carmen; a Palm Springs wedding photographer with a knack for finding the beauty in everything, and a dedication to making everyone feel seen through my work. Here, we’re about creativity, expressing yourself, and having a grand ol’ time.

I’ve photographed a lot of weddings; hundreds at this point, and man, the magic of a wedding day has never wavered. You are about to have your moment, with your person, among your people. It’s magic, and it is the honor of a lifetime that I get to capture it.

I recognize the privilege and responsibility that comes with working with such creative, diverse, and fun-loving couples. I want my couples to feel authentically them. And I will do everything in my power to give you the encouragement and freedom to do that. I want your personalities to have the space to shine. You do you, I’ll handle the rest.

I want my photos to feel simultaneously like the cover of a magazine, and a snapshot from your parent’s wedding album. Nostalgia is the most powerful emotion to me, and it is the lens through which I see everything. Sprinkle a little photo magic on top of that, and you have yourself a dream combo.

Booking Carmen as our wedding photographer was the easiest, and most correct choice from our wedding and planning process. Our wedding was a week ago, and we can’t get over how amazing Carmen was to work with. Our meetings were quick but efficient because she understood our vision and ran with it. On wedding day, her energy made us feel like photos flew by rather than feeling like they dragged on, how they can sometimes during weddings. She enhanced our day, and holy cow did she capture it perfectly. She got us a sneak peek gallery FIVE DAYS after our wedding, which honestly was so packed it could have been the full wedding album. Our jaw was on the floor. Her work is so full of color and movement. It truly feels like she bottled up our wedding day so we can come back to it and feel exactly how we did on the day. I was starting to feel the post-wedding blues HARD when Carmen’s email with our sneak peeks arrived… it’s like she just knew we could use a hug in the form of our incredible pictures. If you want your wedding photos to look like they belong in Vogue, but with all the light, color, and fun of the day, you’ve found your woman.

WOW WOW WOW let me just start by saying Carmen is absolutely amazing, insanely talented & as a bonus such a great energy to be around! When searching for a photographer we were looking for a bright & colorful editing style, galleries full of candid & editorial shots that really captured the energy & emotions of all the special moments, and most importantly a portfolio with a full range of skin tones all glowing to perfection. Even though her pricing was more than we had initially planned on, we both agreed a skilled photographer is worth the splurge. During our inquiry call with Carmen we could tell immediately she was the perfect fit for us. Talking to her felt like talking to my best friend, which is exactly the type of comforting but also enthusiastic energy I wanted around for the wedding day. She came through with the all good vibes and an easy-going attitude while still making sure we stayed on schedule with the photo timeline. She definitely made good on her hype woman promise, keeping it fun for us & our guests. She sent us the sneak peeks within just a few days & we were blown away with so the insane editorial portraits & fun candids. When we got the full gallery I don’t think I was able to focus on anything else that entire first week. She made us look real good & I am just still SO obsessed with our wedding photos. Couldn't be happier!

IF ONLY we could have Carmen by our side all day every day to hype us up, spread her positive, fun vibes & make us look & feel as good as she did on our wedding day! I'll put it simply - it really can't get better than Carmen - and her human touch is what makes her stand out. We left our wedding feeling like we had a new family member in her. AND THE ALBUM! Absolutely blown away. Every adjective I'd use to describe our day - joyous, FUN, emotional, silly, colorful, upbeat, heartfelt - was fully captured in the pictures she took, leaving us with the best artifact we could ever ask for. The gift of pictures from your wedding day is worth every penny, so do yourself a favor and hire our gal, Carmen!!

We had the most amazing time working with Carmen, and I can't recommend her enough! After seeing her work, I immediately fell in love with her vibrant, fun, and personality-filled photos. After talking with her, I immediately knew she was the photographer for us - she was so warm, personable and offered valuable professional insight with every question we asked. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We knew we were in safe hands. Since we were doing an intimate ceremony, I really wanted to lean on her to lead the day - and she made it spectacular! She is so great at capturing the intimate & candid moments, and capturing everyone's personality. She is also amazing at making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. I loved how she was so down to scale some rocks and get down & dirty for my dream beach photoshoot. Our day could not have happened without her. The photos came out so amazing - better than I ever could have hoped! I already can't wait to find another excuse to work with her.

Carmen performed my wife and I's wedding and holy moly was she just the best. Her communication skills are incredible, she captures the absolute best moments, and she is so fun to have for wedding day!!! We are so thankful Carmen photographed our wedding and we wish we could go back in time to do it all over again!!!
