Plan Your Italy Wedding: Vendors, Inspiration, & Expert Advice

On my wedding day I had the further pleasure to be accompanied by a very young and talented photographer, leader of the Spazio46 Group. She was silent, professional and never indiscreet or intrusive, not even for a second. Viviane was able to grasp the most intimate and natural moments of an unforgettable day, without any plastic pose, without the need to ask us to stay still, managing very well to give us wonderful shots. The thing we appreciated most of Spazio46's photos was the attention to details, the ones that normally pass into the background, but that only their professionalism has been able to capture, enhance and photograph. Beyond the discretion and professionalism with which they worked, what impressed the most about Spazio46, is the sense of freshness, purity and truthfulness that transpires from their shots.

We had a very unique request for Rellini Art Studio which was to capture the both of us, and only us, on our wedding day which we had kept a secret from our family and friends for 2 years. We revealed the day to our loved ones using the incredible photographs Maurizio had captured on the day. It was important that the photographs depicted the emotion and beauty of each moment as we did not have any guests & these were the only visuals they would have. Maurizio managed to do this well and truly above our expectations. Our family & friends are in absolute awe of our photographs as they are perfect, natural & represent us as a couple. Maurizio was an absolute pleasure to have around on the day as he was one of only very few witnesses. He made us feel comfortable and confident, taking away the stresses we had about posing. We could not have asked for a more professional and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Andrea and Federica were outstanding. We had seen their work and really wanted to have them photograph our wedding. We booked them in 2020 and unfortunately had to reschedule to a much later date due to covid. We were so delighted to still manage to work with them for our delayed wedding and it couldn't have been better. They were as much a part of our wedding as every family and friend who attended as well. I'd recommend anyone looking for professional and an excellent photography team to work with them.

I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding! I originally hired Diana when we were planning to get married in Italy. Her worked stood out to me as unique and not traditional, and I just love her style and how she captures the special moments. We ended up changing our wedding date (and country!) and Diana was absolutely incredible to accommodate our change and still shoot our big day (even despite shooting in another country the day before!). She kept me at ease throughout the entire process, and was a joy to work with on our wedding day. Luigi exceeded all expectations from the time I inquired about his services to receiving our photos after the wedding! Luigi was always quick to reply and answered all of my questions. He offered recommendations for other vendors which was much appreciated since we were planning from afar. On the day of our wedding, he was professional, kind, and fun. He made us feel comfortable behind the camera when we normally would not. We received our photos just a few short days after the wedding and his work was absolutely incredible! We could not recommend Luigi enough to other couples!

In aggiunta abbiamo scelto il servizio Take Away Print, che ha permesso a noi e agli invitati di aver già un'anteprima stampata da portare a casa. Ci ha consegnato, in tempi rapidi, le foto in anteprima e poi la Usb box, curata nei minimi dettagli, un vero ricordo da conservare per sempre. Ben is the best! We just got married in Tuscany this past summer and Ben was the best support we could have asked for. He connected us with great vendors throughout our planning process and was quick to respond to our many requests (especially in comparison to most italian businesses that take weeks to reply). In the weeks directly ahead of the wedding as well as the wedding week itself, Ben was such a pro. He is so excellent with organizing vendors and arranging logistics, everything was so smooth. I can genuinely say that not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day, and I'm certain that's because Ben thought everything through so well that any type of issue was either expertly prevented, or solved before we could notice. His wife, Marisa was our florist and she was truly a 10/10. We went for a slightly unorthodox color scheme and table setting and she brought it all to life so perfectly. It was also such a helpful bit that they are husband and wife, as they were always in the loop / in conversation about updates and last minute changes which was so helpful. Thanks so much!

We had the most incredible experience working with Rossana and Tiziano from The Knot in Italy! From day one, we instantly clicked with Rossana. Our wedding was an absolute dream come true and I owe most of this all to Pia and her team at Olive in love! Getting married in Italy while living in the USA I was scared for all the planning and communication. But Pia made this the most stress free experience. As a type A person and stressed person I was so relaxed and calm planning my wedding. Pia was always thinking ahead and sent me option of vendors she had worked with before and trusted. This made me feel even better with no time to see anything ahead of the wedding. The day we arrived she was there waiting for us and walk us through everything. He was the first one there on the day and last one to leave that night. He ensured that every element of the Celebration was captured and produced trailer footage sooner than we had expected. Margherita was absolutely fantastic. She is an incredibly talented violinist, and her music created the most beautiful atmosphere throughout our wedding day.
