Plan Your Italy Wedding: Vendors, Inspiration, & Expert Advice

Rellini was the first vendor we booked. None of the other vendors were as important as having the best photographer. And they were nothing short of the absolute best!! Their photos are artwork. Timeless, just stunning works of art that now, two years after our wedding, we still love to have hanging all over our house. They made us feel so comfortable even on our most stressful day. They felt like family to us which made taking pictures that much more fun and that much easier. We plan on having Rellini take our maternity and family photos well into our future. We’re in California and they are well worth bringing them out for all our photography needs!

For our wedding we chose Gigi Reccia, and we have to say: more than a photographer, he was a true partner in adventure! With his humor and his ability to make us feel comfortable, he managed to keep us natural in front of the camera (even those who usually hate being photographed smiled effortlessly). His photos aren’t just beautiful – they truly tell the story of our day, capturing every detail and the most authentic emotions. Gigi has the talent to catch the right moment and turn it into a timeless memory. Always present but never intrusive, with his irony and professionalism he made everything even more fun. Looking at the album and video feels like reliving that day with the same joy and lightheartedness. Thank you, Gigi, you were number one! Highly recommended to anyone looking not only for a photographer, but for a friend to share their special day with.

If you are looking for a photographer, your search is over as soon as you talk to Andrea & Federica. We had the pleasure of working with them for our wedding in Umbria in May 2018 and we were beyond happy with our choice. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I was planning our wedding from afar (we live in the US) and Andrea and Federica made me feel comfortable and secure knowing that they would do an excellent job. They have an incredible eye for beautiful motifs and lighting, they use natural light and take photos that capture the day perfectly, including the little moments that can often be the most special. They came prepared with suggestions for some great locations to shoot and it felt like having two more friends at our wedding, who were carrying cameras, but we barely noticed them taking photos. It is lovely that they are a couple as they capture two different points of view and no special moments will be missed. After the wedding, they delivered sneak peeks photos within two days and a video slideshow of some highlights within a week. We received our full gallery within a month (very fast) and were incredibly happy with the results. The photos are beautiful, natural, and perfectly capture the memories of our day. Natalie was absolutely amazing as our wedding photographer. From the very first meeting she was positive and open to any ideas we had and shared her own suggestions, so we felt at ease with her friendly and professional approach. On the big day she was attentive, inspiring and supportive, capturing every moment carefully and tactfully. The photos were full of life and emotions, and the story of our wedding day will stay with us forever. The quality of photos was outstanding, also the terms were followed and even shorter than expected. Giuseppe a été notre photographe durant tout la cérémonie de notre mariage mais a aussi su capturer toute l’ambiance du lieu avant l’arrivée des invités et réalisé une séance ensuite avec les mariés uniquement. Les clichés en noir et blanc n’étaient pas un pré-requis mais sont définitivement mes préférés! Les photos de groupes, tout comme les portraits sont soignés. Il a fait preuve à la fois de discrétion pour capturer chaque moment, et de professionnalisme lorsqu’il fallait faire des photos avec pose. Merci encore à lui, je le recommande!

Ben is the best! We just got married in Tuscany this past summer and Ben was the best support we could have asked for. He connected us with great vendors throughout our planning process and was quick to respond to our many requests (especially in comparison to most italian businesses that take weeks to reply). In the weeks directly ahead of the wedding as well as the wedding week itself, Ben was such a pro. He is so excellent with organizing vendors and arranging logistics, everything was so smooth. I can genuinely say that not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day, and I'm certain that's because Ben thought everything through so well that any type of issue was either expertly prevented, or solved before we could notice. His wife, Marisa was our florist and she was truly a 10/10. We went for a slightly unorthodox color scheme and table setting and she brought it all to life so perfectly. It was also such a helpful bit that they are husband and wife, as they were always in the loop / in conversation about updates and last minute changes which was so helpful. Thanks so much!

Giulia and her team are simply the best! We are so grateful that Giulia took us on and made our wedding celebrations the most wonderful few days. It was beyond anything we could have imagined. Giulia and Stefania are warm, thoughtful, and seriously a joy to work with. The Tuscan Wedding was amazing from start to finish. Daniela and her team were such a critical role in creating the wedding of our dreams – from recommending the perfect venue, to providing recommendations for every type of vendor (floral, music, photography, hair/makeup), and even planning multiple events leading up to the wedding in Florence. Gae is a fantastic videographer. We had him for our wedding in March 2023 and we love what he produced for us. He was prompt, polite, calm and made us feel very comfortable being filmed. He got the shots he wanted quickly and we felt like we weren't away from guests too long. Communication leading up to, on the day and afterwards was faultless. He captured the love and joy we felt on the day and means we can relive the whole day when watching the teaser, full feature film, ceremony and speeches. We are very grateful for Gae's expertise and very lucky we had him as our videographer.
