Pulling elements from their favorite show Downton Abbey, Charlotte and Thomas’ threw a English-inspired wedding in Brittany, France at Château de Kergurioné. The bride wore an effortless Elise Hameau gown and flowers in her hair as she said “I do” to Thomas, and as the newlyweds enjoyed speeches and songs prepared by their loved ones. Eric Rene Penoy Wedding Photography beautifully captured the quiet excitement throughout the day, as well as the charming elements that transformed Château de Kergurioné into the couple’s vintage English dream come true.

I loved every part of it but the ceremony was really special. My grandmother had a speech, she is very important to me so I was very moved and our bridesmaids prepared speeches, songs etc. It was very emotional and funny at the same time thanks to our dear friend who hosted the ceremony.
Our inspiration was from my favorite TV show, Downton Abbey. I am in love with the atmosphere of this series and it was my main inspiration to have an vintage English theme.
