What Junebug Loves: We’ve been big fans of The Dessy Group (a fabulous sponsor of this blog) for many years now, as they’re dedicated to producing bridesmaids’ dresses that are stylish, modern and always evolving with the times. It was fun to get to see all of their new Spring 2011 dresses up close and personal during Bridal Market, and as you can see in these images I had to go through the racks and look at each and every one! Here is a peek at just a few of the fun bridesmaids’ designs from their new collections.

Alfred Sung Bridesmaids… great shapes, great color.

After Six Bridesmaids… mixing it up with playful spring prints.

Dessy Bridesmaids… I love all the long chiffon Grecian-inspired options.

Lela Rose Bridesmaids… modern, asymmetrical ruffles make these flirty dresses wonderfully current.

Wedding Dress Collection: Christos Spring 2011

The Fashion Show: At the EZ Studios – a modern, spare, hip photo studio space in Midtown Manhattan.

What Junebug Loves: One word – florals. Seeing the Spring 2011 Christos collection was like looking at a romantic flower garden with blooms, petals and floral inspiration everywhere. I love how sometimes the flowers came in the form of a soft rosette on a sash, and sometimes they appeared as fabric seemingly made from layers and layers of oversized petals. Delicate, feminine and perfectly pretty, Christos was simply lovely to see!

Wedding Dress Collection: Kevan Hall White Label Spring 2011

The Fashion Show: An intimate runway show inside the boutique bridal shop the Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier. So chic!

What Junebug Loves: Drawing inspiration from the red carpet looks he normally designs for Hollywood’s elite, I love the elegance and unique shapes that Kevan Hall created in his spring 2011 collection. Each dress had a personality of its very own and stood out as a striking piece any bride, or Hollywood starlet, would look and feel spectacular in. Beautiful fabrics, incredible construction, and a wide variety of dress silhouettes and styles made this collection one of my favorites of the week!
