The 2011 Twigs & Honey collection was inspired by a love for vintage style, and craftsmanship that accentuates a womans features without being overpowering. The styles embody femininity and romance through the use of face framing laces, blush colored tulles, glittering crystals and softly curling feathers. The collection was slowly and deliberately constructed over the course of several months, but the inspiration has been collected over the years from a love for vintage fashion, shapes and patterns in the natural world, and a more tangible recent trip to France The 2011 collection truly has a style for every taste.
This gorgeous Johannesburg couple, Rob and Bridget, were married in April of 2010 and a little while later collaborated with photographer Natasha Du Preez on these fun vintage style couple portraits to celebrate being married. A brilliant idea in my book – there is always good reason to celebrate life with photography! Thanks for sharing Natasha!
