Knowing Kristin and having published a number of her events over the years, I have gotten to peek behind the scenes at the planning, organizing and artistic visualizing that Kristin and her team devote to every wedding – it’s truly remarkable! Her design sense is like no other. She creates events that are as visually spectacular as they are thoughtful, personal and meaningful. No detail is left undone, and every moment is considered from the guests’ point of view to be sure the whole experience of the wedding day is seamless.

To get ready for the big show this Monday, take a look back at some of the Kristin Banta events we’ve showcased on Junebug, and if you’re a Twitterer, follow along with us during the show (@junebugweddings) and let Kristin and Bravo know what you think! Don’t forget to use the hash tag #TheRingLeader, and Tweet it up with the people involved – @KristinBanta, @BravoTV, @BravoAndy and @BravoPR.

What three adjectives best describe your wedding? Classic, Artsy, International

What inspired your personal wedding style, and how did you incorporate your style and personalities into your big day? I’m Persian, and Christian is Austrian, so it was important to us that both cultures be incorporated throughout the wedding, in our classic foggy San Francisco location. The architecture of the museum and surrounding statues created a European vibe. The wedding ceremony included Persian poetry, a Persian sofreh (a table filled with elements representing life), live violin music, and lots of Persian sweets.

We love spending time with family and friends so we made every effort to maximize mingling at the wedding. After the ceremony we had a long cocktail in the museums Rodin gallery and then moved to the reception to enjoy great food and drinks on long kings tables, before the dancing began.

Our favorite color, cheery, vibrant yellow, was incorporated into the decor throughout. Christian and I love a classic and elegant look with a trendy and artsy touch – we hoped the style of our wedding would accomplish just that.

Looking back, what are the moments, decisions or memories that you love the most about your wedding? The beating/skipping of my heart as I said my vows and listened to Christians vows; seeing the smiles on my parents faces throughout the night; being surrounded by family and friends on the dance floor as we danced to a mix of Persian music and hip hop.
