Nirvi and Hemu’s Indian wedding at Lake Mirror Complex in Lakeland, Florida combined vibrant tradition with a modern twist. Hemu rode in to the celebration atop a white horse before finally seeing his bride during their customary ceremony. The Moments:
When I put the ring on Hemu’s finger — but on the wrong hand! The funny thing was that no one stopped us, not even the priest. Hemu thought it was odd, but that it was the tradition from my side of the family.
