Amanda and Jordan are a couple with an affinity for all things natural and organic, so it’s no surprise their entire Tallahassee wedding took place outdoors in the golden fields of Windy Hill Vineyard. With rustic and DIY elements abound, every detail of Amanda and Jordan’s celebration captured their free spirits. Joel Allegretto Photography beautifully documented the autumn affair, from the bride’s big reveal at the ceremony to the newlywed’s first toast at the reception.

The Inspiration:
We knew we wanted it to feel natural. We both probably fall under the hippie category, so we like raw wood, natural colors, etc. We kind of just based it off that when it came to colors and looks. The crazy thing about Amanda‘s dress is the sleeves were from a shirt she found at PacSun. The dress didn’t have sleeves when she bought it but she knew she wanted sleeves, so she added them from the shirt she cut up! She’s so cool.
The Moments:
Probably when we did communion and when we did our vows. We wrote our own vows and we both kind of write for a living, so they were special.
