We are so thankful that we found Gaby to help coordinate our wedding in San Miguel! We already knew the location within SMA that we wanted for our wedding but it was a bit small for the number of guests so Gaby tirelessly looked at other options for us. In the end, she made our desired location work beautifully! All of our communication with Gaby was via zoom, email, and WhatsApp; but you would never have known with how expertly she made our vision come to life for our wedding weekend. We were absolutely blown away - from our Callejoneada to the Welcome Party to the ceremony and breathtaking reception- each event was put together better than we could have envisioned. Not only does she has a great eye, she follows through with all promises, has amazing vendors that she works with, and each event went off without a hitch (to our and our guests' knowledge!). Each time I needed additional details about a vendor, had a random request, or questions about what we could get for our budget, Gaby was there with answers and options. Our guests still rave about how magical our wedding weekend was and it is all thanks to Gaby. We are forever grateful. We are immensely grateful to Estela and Bougainvillea for putting together what really ended up being the most magical few days of our lives. We were incredibly at ease working with her and her team because of her professionalism, expertise, creativity, and exceptional organizational skills. My wife and I would recommend Estela and Bougainvillea to anyone planning a wedding. We got a feel for Estela’s patience right away. We are based in New York and knew that planning a wedding in Mexico would have some logistical difficulties, but Estela and her team were always available for conversations. Estela took excellent notes of everything we had in mind. My wife is Persian and had a specific vision for how she wanted to incorporate her culture into our ceremony and she was delighted to find out that Estela had planned Persian weddings before. So much set Estela and her team apart, but I reflect often on the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace and professionalism. My wife and I had an outfit change planned and I had forgotten my jacket. The Bougainvillea team immediately sent someone to retrieve it. We were assured the entire celebration would proceed smoothly, allowing us to relax and be present in our celebration. In summary, Estela and her team were there for everything we expected and even more that couldn’t have anticipated. Estela gave us the opportunity to enjoy our day and we are so grateful for that. We would recommend Bougainvillea with the highest enthusiasm.
