Our entire elopement was made because of Shawna. I would 11/10 recommend her to anyone! We shot in Rome and the mountains of the Amalfi coast, and she has a mastery of landscape shooting (while not losing the couple in the incredible shots) as well as urban cityscapes. We chose her because her website galleries are absolutely stunning in these two settings that we knew we wanted, and I can confidently say she delivered the same spectacular results for us as well. During the planning and shooting process Shawna is, above all, flexible and supportive. We changed our ideas on exactly what we wanted frequently, and every time Shawna helped us look into logistics and feasibility and offered ideas, until we landed on something we were ecstatic with. Leading up to the day, of course, there was rain forecasted during every activity we had planned. Shawna helped move everything around at the last minute, and it turned out perfect. Me and my husband are not particularly comfortable in front of the camera, but somehow Shawna made it so easy, and genuinely fun. I often feel like regular photos never capture how I really see my partner/ how we see each other. But Shawna’s work truly captures the love we share with one another and I’m so grateful to have these memories and experiences captured forever. In the end her (and her husband Harry!) are great people, she is fantastic at her job, and she delivers unbelievable results. Sharing such an important event of our life with Shawna wasn’t just easy and comfortable, it actually improved the experience.

Where do I begin? Without a doubt I could write a novel. Our experience with Eline was top tier. From the very beginning she guided me through every single step. She did all of the leg work. From figuring out what time the sun hits certain spots, what restaurants would accommodate our plant-based diet, to going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable in every situation. Really, all we did was show up and live out the dream she turned into a reality. Jared and I are friendly, but picky about who we choose to allow into our close circle. Eline will FOREVER be a part of our circle. There’s no one else that we would’ve chose to have this experience with, and she has become our family. She kept us in high spirits the entire time. Jared and I have stated multiple times during and since our elopement how incredible Eline is, and how our elopement wouldn’t have been close to as great as it turned out to be without her. I actually cried when it was over. Her positive energy is infectious, but calming. She allowed us the space to enjoy our day together, while capturing real-time moments that we can relive forever and forever. I cannot put into words how much Eline and this experience means, and has meant to me. The unbelievably gorgeous photos are just the juiciest cherry on top of what is the best experience we could’ve ever imagined. I cannot recommend her enough. A true elopement adventure.
