I have two. The first is the experience itself-being present with you on the very best day of your life. A day filled with love, tears, and fleeting, beautiful moments; and I am honored to bring my camera along and turn it into art. I treasure every moment spent you and your family. I often find that after a day of such joy and celebration, I leave feeling as though I've become part of the family myself. Post-wedding sadness is so real! The second part is my love of film photography. Film it is an art in itself - there is no editing, no manufacturing, no ability to even check if the image is right before I leave. I trust the process and my abilities entirely, waiting for the results once it has been developed in the labs. There is something gloriously magical about the wait; the nostalgic, honesty that the film has to offer surrounding your day - a finished product that is always so beautiful and honestly portraying your day exactly as it was. I love it.
