Mark and Joann dreamed of a wedding that could be four things in one: simple, elegant, classy, and romantic. With its eroded stone and brick walls, The Villa San Juan Capistrano in California was the perfect venue for their emerald and gold wedding. The couple wore classic black and white attire and allowed their table cloths to present a rich emerald color. From the couple: Our favorite moment was a moment we shared right before we departed our separate ways to head to the church. We reserved the first look for the traditional first look, which is when the bride walks down the aisle. Before the ceremony, we shared a moment separated by a wooden door to speak to each other, share our feeling and emotions and share more of our promises and wishes for our future as a married couple. Although, we did not see each other at this moment it was our favorite moment. It was sweet to hear each other’s voices and to touch hands without seeing each other.
