My favorite thing to do when I’m not working is to fully disconnect and enjoy the people — and little furry souls — I love the most. Family time is always at the top of my list. Whether we’re sharing a quiet morning or planning a small adventure, those moments ground me and remind me why I work so hard. Our three dogs are a huge part of my life, so taking them to the beach is one of my happiest rituals. Watching them run, play, and enjoy the ocean feels like therapy in the purest form. I also love staying active and exploring the outdoors. Hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, and even canyoning give me that sense of freedom and adrenaline that I crave. Being surrounded by nature instantly resets my mind. And when I’m in the mood for something softer, I’ll escape to a mountain hotel for a couple of days — just to rest, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with myself. Overall, my free time is all about nature, movement, and the people (and pets!) who make life feel full.
