What’s your favorite aspect of your job?
the people. I get to stand at this incredible intersection of people's most meaningful moments. Every event that walks through my doors carries an entire universe of story with it. And I get a front-row seat to all of it! Strangers become friends in our venue. Old grudges get quietly buried over dinner. Someone falls in love on the dance floor. There's also something so beautifully fleeting about it. A room full of people, all dressed up, all choosing to be present with each other — and then it's gone. But it happened. And I was part of making it happen.
