What is your specialty or personal style?
We specialise in full destination wedding planning in Antalya and other selected destinations in Turkey. Since 2011, we have worked with international and multicultural couples, combining thoughtful design with detailed planning and local destination knowledge. Our style is elegant and refined, but always shaped around the couple rather than a fixed formula. We also have experience with Persian weddings and Sofreh Aghd celebrations.

Couples hire us because they want an experienced team in Antalya who can manage the complete destination wedding planning process while they are abroad. We coordinate the different moving parts, from venue selection and design to suppliers, guest logistics, timelines, setup and wedding-day delivery. Clear communication and careful organisation are central to how we work.
What’s your favorite aspect of your job?
When I am not working, I enjoy travelling, exploring nature and spending time by the Mediterranean. Diving and spearfishing are particular interests of mine. Travelling also gives me the opportunity to experience different cultures, hospitality styles, architecture and design, which naturally broadens my perspective as a destination wedding planner.
Describe the personalities of the couples you get along best with.
I work best with couples who are open-minded, communicative and excited to create a celebration that feels personal to them. Many of our couples live outside Turkey, so mutual trust and clear decision-making are especially important throughout the planning process. I enjoy working with couples who appreciate good design but also understand that strong logistics are just as important as how the wedding looks.
What part of your business are you best at?
One of our strongest areas is bringing all parts of a destination wedding together into one coordinated plan. Venue, design, catering, entertainment, photography, transport, guest logistics and the wedding-day schedule all affect one another. Our role is to understand the couple’s priorities and coordinate those moving parts from the early planning stages through on-site event delivery.
Do you have payment plans available?
Payment schedules are structured according to the scope of the wedding, services included and planning timeline. Ramarossi explains the applicable payment stages clearly in the proposal and agreement so couples know what to expect before confirming services.
How did you get your start in the wedding industry?
Ramarossi has been planning weddings since 2011, with a strong focus on destination weddings for international couples in Turkey. Over the years, Antalya has become a core destination for our work, where we plan and coordinate weddings across hotels, beachfront venues, private villas and other event settings. Working with couples from different countries and cultures has shaped our approach to full-service destination wedding planning.
What is your communication style?
Our communication style is clear, structured and responsive. Because many of our couples are planning their wedding in Antalya from abroad, we make sure decisions, responsibilities and next steps are easy to understand throughout the process. We coordinate closely with the couple, venue and suppliers so everyone is working from the same plan as the wedding approaches.
