Because I am constantly working on my clients’ behalf, email is the primary form of communication, allowing everyone involved to reference past decisions, details, and timelines easily. Phone calls are used when a live conversation is helpful or necessary. I do not offer video meetings, as I find written and phone communication to be the most efficient and effective for keeping planning organized and moving forward.
