Q&A
Connect with this vendor by getting to know them beyond their work.
What is your specialty or personal style?
I’m a DJ and music director specializing in destination weddings on the French Riviera and in Provence. I mix open-format sets that bring different cultures and generations onto the same dance floor. I also handle sound, lighting and live musicians (sax, violin, percussion, singer) when couples want something extra.
Couples hire you because…
...they want someone who truly listens, then reads the room on the night. I take care of the whole music experience, from the ceremony to the last song, so they can enjoy their day. And because I speak fluent English and French, international families and planners feel at ease from the first message.
What’s your favorite aspect of your job?
That moment when the dance floor fills up and grandparents, kids and friends from five different countries are all dancing together. It never gets old.
Describe the personalities of the couples you get along best with.
Easygoing, warm couples who care more about the vibe than a rigid plan. Often multicultural, they want a night that feels like them and brings both families together. Happy to dance, even a little.
What is your communication style?
Simple, quick and friendly. I reply fast, I keep things clear, and I’m always happy to jump on a call. Before the wedding, we align on your musical taste, the timeline and the must-play and do-not-play songs, so there are no surprises on the day.
How did you get your start in the wedding industry?
I started DJing in 2008 and went professional in 2013. I played clubs, residencies on the Riviera and in Courchevel, and private events. Weddings quickly became my favorite thing to do, because the energy is so personal. Today I work on destination weddings across Provence and the Côte d'Azur, and I still love it as much as on day one.
